About this episode

Jussie Smollett faces six felony counts for allegedly staging a hate crime in Chicago, a case that served as the original catalyst for the Mo Facts podcast. Evidence presented by prosecutor Dan Webb highlights inconsistencies in the actor's testimony regarding the Osindaro brothers, including surveillance footage of a dry run and GPS data tracking their movements. The trial reveals a complex web of political connections involving Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx and former Michelle Obama chief of staff Tina Tchen.

Kamala Harris launched her 2020 presidential campaign alongside the rollout of the Justice for Victims of Lynching Act, a timeline that mirrors the Smollett incident. The ADOS movement, led by Yvette Carnell and Tone Talks, rejected Harris’s attempt to graft herself into the American Descendants of Slavery lineage despite her Jamaican and Indian heritage. Media figures like Joy-Ann Reid and Roland Martin dismissed this grassroots opposition as Russian bot activity, while the investigation into the Smollett hoax utilized Chicago’s POD camera network and private Ring doorbells to expose the staged assault. The downfall of the Time’s Up organization, led by Tina Tchen and Roberta Kaplan, further illustrates the collapse of elite-managed activism following the Andrew Cuomo scandal.

Andre Hope, the lone black juror in the Smollett trial, cites the noose as the primary deal-breaker for the defense's credibility. Comedian Dave Chappelle famously dismantled the narrative through his stand-up routine, mocking the absurdity of a 2:00 AM Subway run in a Chicago polar vortex. The episode concludes with a look at the Panther 21 history and how government infiltration shaped the legacy of figures like Tupac Shakur.

Jussie Smollett, Mo Facts Origin Story

The Jussie Smollett scandal is credited as the catalyst for the creation of the Mo Facts podcast. One host recounts calling into the Star Report to discuss the Smollett case, which led to the "Mo with the Facts" moniker and an eventual Twitter connection with Adam Curry regarding reparations and ADOS.

jussie smollett· star report· podcast origin· twitter· reparations

04:08 It's a lot of serendipity with the show that we're about to have now, so if you want to go ahead and spin that wheel. Yes! I've been dying to crank it up. Are you kidding me? That's right there is is. Wheel Of Topics flies around in circular motion round and round it goes where it stops nobody knows but of course Moe knows because he put the show together today The topic for Mo Facts With Adam Curry episode 73 is... Have y'all never heard of Juicy Smooyay? Oh yeah, I've been waiting for this one Yeah, I've been waiting for it. Nice! Oh Juicy...I'm very grateful to Jussie Smollett aka Juicy because if there is no Juicy there may not be any Mo Facts Say what now? Yes

04:58 Alright, so I gotta give them a give their abbreviated Like how I delivered that line. I mean was that like say whatnot? I mean that was like For people didn't know um how I got my start in this commentating podcasting just sharing my perspective is, um Star? The star report. Yes! Well he asked a question and he asked why did Jussie Smollett leave the noose on his neck and

05:39 I had to answer and the funny thing is just to give a quick why i had to answer it was another youtuber that has said not to me personally but just on his channel don't be a talker, be a do-er. So when he said that like it was a bell that rung in my head And this was my opportunity to be a doer instead of a talker thank you for the sound effect But that's kind of how it was and this the reason why I say This is how powerful these things are that you get a ball going So I called a star he let me through. He normally doesn't let people with through that haven't made a donation I didn't realize this I just call I didn't know how you were deadbeat

06:20 Well, unknowingly. I'm sorry! Oh that's what all deadbeats say...I didn't know! Did I have to send a check? I didn't know about that Right but the thing is it was just the weirdness day I got through so I gave my spiel he said okay I called back again the next day and then he started saying when i called in this is Moe with the facts This is Mo with the Facts. Right, I do remember this origin story yes right so then that's how MoFacts came about and that gave me the platform to hone my skills and then i reached out to you through twitter to answer the DOS ADOS questions slash reparations yeah and the rest is history! The rest is podcast history

CHAPTER 04 / 55 Discussion

Jussie Smollett Trial, Chicago Hate Crime Allegations

Actor Jussie Smollett faces six felony counts for allegedly staging a hate crime in Chicago in January 2019. Evidence presented by prosecutor Dan Webb highlights inconsistencies in Smollett's testimony regarding Instagram messages sent to the Osindaro brothers shortly before the alleged attack involving bleach and a noose.

jussie smollett· dan abrams· chicago· maga· osindaro brothers

07:44 Alright, so I guess we gotta start at the end. This is the breakdown of how the story played out and this is from Dan Abrams live one. The evidence is in and complete against actor Jussie Smollett, a former Empire star Smollett is charged with six felony counts of disorderly conduct after allegedly filing false police reports in connection with a staged hate crime attack that prosecutors say he orchestrated on a frigid night in January of 2019. Smollett was back on the stand today, seeming combative as prosecutor Dan Webb questioned his communications with Abel Osindaro one of the two brothers who testified that Smollett paid them to stage the attack

08:29 which included wearing red hats to look like supporters of then-President Donald Trump, putting a rope around his neck and pouring bleach on him. And yelling things like this is MAGA country in Chicago! The cross examination revealed some inconsistencies with Smollett's testimony On Monday, Smollett testified that messages between him and Abel who Smollett says had been hired as a personal trainer not as his attacker were to set up a workout for that day not to arrange a hoax attack. Today, when Webb asked Smollett if he used Instagram to send private messages to Abel Osindaro regarding the timing of the fake attack on the night in question, Smollet denied sending the messages. But then Webb showed Smollett four messages that he sent to Osindaro on Instagram that night, the last of which was sent about 90 minutes before the alleged assault

09:22 And when asked whether any of those messages mentioned a workout on the night of the incident, Smollett admitted they didn't. But then he fired back well there was also no messages about an attack! Yeah I'm so happy you're doing this episode because i know...I know you're going to humanize everybody and it's gonna blow us away by the end of this journey. I'm so excited about this. I hope to do that um And at the same time, give some background to why I think Jussie did it. Because like you said he's been made a two-dimensional character by punchline of jokes which rightfully so when you pull something like this... The bleach thing is weird

10:12 I don't, i guess he was like oh we're gonna get the black off of you or something? I don't know what this thing was about. That's never been a trend! As far as I know...I checked with all my racist friends and they said no man the noose was cool but bleach? No he hadn't come up with that one. I've never heard that Right, so I don't know either. But like you said the noose thing that was the linchpin for me to like one i'm gonna explain to why that was such a triggering Prop in this whole situation It has significance. Mm-hmm, but that's like that's just the background of it we got a Nigerian scam artists we hopping on planes and we got star Empire Star

11:05 at the height of his career pulling something like this. So it's just a weird story and I knew from the very beginning that it was a scam or hoax, and I'll explain why later but Just give when I first heard the story, I'm doing my normal routine ironing my clothes getting ready for work and it comes across like that Fox morning show kind of not Fox News but the Fox local Show Fox 5 in DC and I'm sitting here listening to it. And I'm like this is bullcrap, but I didn't have the facts family then or you so Mrs. Facts had to be brought in yes right so i'm going on and on about how this is bull crap but then uh rightfully so I was proven correct um So with that said let's go ahead and get to the second clip from Dan prosecutors later pointed out that

CHAPTER 05 / 55 Discussion

Osindaro Brothers Testimony, Dry Run Evidence

Prosecutors present evidence that Jussie Smollett and the Osindaro brothers conducted a "dry run" of the attack, captured on surveillance video. Smollett's claims of sexual encounters with Abel Osindaro at Chicago bathhouses are denied by the brothers, while GPS data tracks their movements leading up to the incident.

abel osindaro· bola· chicago bathhouses· surveillance video· dry run

11:58 There were also no messages or calls between Smollett and Osindaro about cancelling the training session after the attack, right? Think about that. If they had a training session scheduled he would have called them after the attacks and said by the way I'm not going to be able to have our training session but prosecutors don't believe there's a training session So yesterday Smollett claimed he and Abel Osindaro had multiple sexual encounters in private rooms in Chicago bathhouses claims which Osindaro denies But Smollett testified he didn't even recognize Osundaro's voice during the assault, saying in that moment I'm not going to stop and say hey Bola a nickname for him is that you? It was an attack it happened fast.

12:40 Smollett also admitted today that he'd driven the Osindaro brothers to his apartment building downtown in the days preceding the allegedly fake assault. Video from the day shows the group circling Smollett's block multiple times, passing the staircase where the assault took place three times. Smollett offered inconsistent explanations and last week the Osinderos testified that the meeting was a dry run for the fake assault Remember yesterday, Smollett testified that he was attacked by a large man in a ski mask with quote pale skin. He assumed the man was white because of the racial slurs the attacker used during assault but today when pressed about his recollection and the attack as well as his initial interviews with Chicago detectives investigating Smollett acknowledged they told officers the attackers were white. He also denied telling police he was the victim of hate crime saying that merely told him he was attacked

CHAPTER 06 / 55 Discussion

Chicago Bathhouses, Outing and Community Protocol

The mention of Chicago bathhouses prompts a brief tangent regarding political rumors and the ethics of "outing" individuals within the gay community. The discussion questions Smollett's decision to reveal private details about the Osindaro brothers during his legal defense.

chicago bathhouses· barack obama· outing· down-low· gay community

13:34 Whenever I hear Chicago bath houses, I can't help but be triggered to think of Barry S. You know it had to be an Obama connection there even though it's not Barry specifically but Chicago bathhouses is synonymous with Obama so you know they got to be somewhere lurking in the shadows on this topic So we got the story laid out, and what kind of gay is Jussie aka Juicy to out another fellow gay man the way he just did because he said that guy that he supposedly had relations with

14:16 He was having relationships with him in the Chicago bathhouses. Isn't that bad form for being in the community? To out somebody like that? Yeah, I guess so. No! I'm just asking because it's kind of like dead naming and misgendering... When your ass is on the line and you're in court, are you going to sing like a bird Or if you're considered a down-low brother, which we talked about before as well. So the way it seems is that one of the brothers may have not been openly gay? No, okay. Well, it's definitely not protocol to do that Yeah so I just wanted to point out just to show you how desperate Jesse was to bring people down with him as he was going down in flames

CHAPTER 07 / 55 Discussion

Bribery Allegations, Political Connections

Jussie Smollett's defense team alleges the Osindaro brothers requested a $2 million bribe to retract their statements. The segment also touches on Smollett's high-profile political connections, including early support from figures like Kamala Harris and Cory Booker.

bribery· kamala harris· cory booker· million dollar bribe· legal defense

15:04 I got we've got one last clip and then we're really gonna get into the like under story We're not going to do the gloss over blow Bob below us Not gonna do this is not core TV people. Yeah, we're not gonna do that. We got something totally of course It's something totally different in line But let's go ahead and get the final piece of the story Well know what happened at night And when asked if he knows that the Osen Darrows were his attackers Smollett said there's no way for him to know that but Then prosecutors pointed to video and GPS evidence as well, as the brothers' own testimony that they attacked him in addition to that. Now Smollett then questioned the brother's credibility he said well they're liars They also said I had something to do with it and that's not true There was one other exchange that caught my attention During last week's testimony from Abel Osindaro Smolletts lawyers questioned whether the brothers had offered to refuse to testify in exchange for a million bucks each The Osindaros denied

16:05 During his second round of questioning today, Smollett's attorneys again brought up the bribe claim. Smollett testified the brothers made the offer but he turned them down But later when the prosecution asked Smollett if the brothers actually made that offer He hedged saying well a representative for the pair had reached out to his team Okay so these guys had two million bucks to offer I think they were saying they were gonna retract their... Oh, they were going to retract their statements for a million bucks each? Yes. Please! Well okay then someone with big money was... Oh this Jussie has a lot of famous and powerful friends yes Kamala Harris, Cory Booker i know those yep yeah we're gonna get into some more but that's not the main thing so

CHAPTER 08 / 55 Discussion

Chicago POD Cameras, Surveillance State

The investigation into the Smollett hoax utilized Chicago's extensive "POD" camera network and private surveillance like Ring doorbells to track the suspects. The hosts discuss the near-impossibility of avoiding detection in modern urban environments due to the density of digital tracking and ride-sharing data.

pod cameras· surveillance· ring doorbells· chicago police· tracking

16:58 This I don't have any clips from Jesse other than this one because I didn't want to make it about him Really? I wanted to make it more about the event but before we get into that one clip the main takeaway from this is You can't do anything anymore without it being tracked. Yeah, the phone GPS right? Well no no and I could have made this show could have been 10 hours because there's so many rabbit holes that go down and this is something i want to cover in The Lost Tapes because I need more visuals with it but there's a thing in Chicago called pod cameras Have you ever heard of pod cameras? Pod POD? Yes

17:39 Is that like the shot cams where they detect gunshots and then locate it? Well, these cameras they have on every corner almost. Okay, that makes sense. And this is how they track the brothers back from the scene all the way... The pod cameras plus they had The term they used were private surveillance. Oh yeah, ring cameras! Ring doorbells. Oh yeah absolutely 32 ring doorbells What did they call that? No they called them private surveillance

18:21 cameras or something, it's a term they use but the pod cameras I was wondering if you heard of that and also did they license those through you? Thank You. I was writing up with all the lawsuit as we spoke. You should be getting a piece to that money! Really? To hell... Yeah so that's a whole nother thing in this case, the ride sharing, the text messages... All of that is true. That's such a good point. When we lived at the other place you know people would park

18:57 you know, like shitty old cars near us that we could basically see these crappy old cars. You know tires gone wheels gone stuff like that and they wouldn't remove these the police in Austin is a whole nother thing but I want to just torch it if I just torch it then they'll have to come and then we decided against that because ring cameras Yeah, it's like you can't hide from that. They have they tracked these guys all the way back to the airport from that spot That's phenomenal off of this surveillance so I know you would like that because she was an OTG yeah OTG kind of guy So um yes, let's get into this one clip with Jussie aka Juicy and he is going to explain why he thinks he was attacked

CHAPTER 09 / 55 Discussion

Jussie Smollett Interview, Political Targeting Claims

Jussie Smollett claims in an interview that he was targeted because of his vocal opposition to the Trump administration. Media reactions, including emotional coverage from MSNBC's Stephanie Ruhle, are contrasted with the growing skepticism surrounding the details of the alleged assault.

donald trump· 45· vocal fry· stephanie ruhle· msnbc

19:45 What do you think you were targeted? I can just assume, I mean...I come really really hard against 45. I come really really hard against his administration and i don't hold my tongue. I want to ask about Jesse Smallett. I think that's horrible uh it doesn't get worse as far as i'm concerned Were you aware that he made that statement? I saw it but I don't know what to say to You know, I appreciate him not brushing over it. And there is no doubt in your mind what motivated this attack? I can only go off of their words. Who says **** Empire **** This MAGA country ****** ties a noose around your neck and pours bleach on you

20:45 And this is just a friendly fight. I will never be the man that this did not happen to. I am forever changed, and I don't subscribe to the idea that everything happens for a reason but I do subscribe to the idea that we have the right and responsibility to make something meaningful out of things that happened to us good or bad." Oh yeah! Yeah... And there it is um He's gonna make something meaningful out of this even if it's a hoax or not. Yeah, and he made it political I didn't he said this happened to him because he comes comes hard 45 vocal fry Okay, I'll leave that where it is But yeah that was

21:38 When I heard like everybody knew this was a hoax Everybody except for those people can I tell you what my first inclination was because I immediately of course immediately well What the way, I witnessed at first was Stephanie rule from MSNBC. I don't know if you have that clip or not no I don't she's the X she's like Goldman Sachs and Let me see. We played her clips before I believe on the show. Yeah, but she was crying! She's crying oh my goodness I can't believe this is happening and i'm looking at like...

CHAPTER 10 / 55 Discussion

Kamala Harris 2020 Campaign, ADOS Pushback

Kamala Harris launched her presidential campaign on January 20, 2019, but immediately faced significant opposition from the ADOS (Descendants of Slaves) movement. Media figures like Joy-Ann Reid dismissed this grassroots black opposition as the work of Russian bots, failing to recognize the specific political demands of the lineage-based group.

kamala harris· ados· russian bots· joy-ann reid· 2020 election

22:14 This sounds pretty weird, but what I found real quick was and i'm sure you get into that is there was this bill out there from Kamala and Cory Booker which was called the lynching bill or the anti-lynching bill. And that's... I'm gonna ask you to put the goggles on sir because uh you and your future... I'm so sorry! I'm sorry, I don't mean to do goggles on engaged even in 2022 You're still in the future In the past How are you like that? Um, yeah but we're gonna talk about that. But we have to go even further back than that. This thing... because that would seem like the genesis of it but I have to give some context here and this goes to our genesis of meeting.

23:01 Kamala Harris, I call her Kamala, rolled out her candidacy for president on January 20th 2019. And she was met with so much pushback. We have one here. Well, specifically from the quote unquote ADOS, quote unquote FBA foundational blacks or whatever by this contingency that I by lineage I am a part of she would destroyed. Her campaign was null and void from the very beginning. That's because everybody knew like, no we're not going to do another Obama trick

23:47 Exactly, and that was the thing like what do you have to offer? And the bill that you alluded to was one of those things That they tried to build up for her so when she could step right into it. I'm doing something for black people Yeah, yeah So that was quote-unquote her tangible which We'll get to the lynching thing, but I want to go back. This is a five block clip maybe we don't need to play all of them just to give people context on what was going on at that time with Kamala Harris because she is the center point of this whole story so

24:24 Now we have to go back joy and read with Shireen Mitchell, and this is the Russian box clip part one They appear to be a human But they don't leave a big gap as Adam just said in the times that they've tweeted And they tweet you should you respond to them? Generally, no. I mean off the back you should stay back and just sort of watch their engagement how many times they're tweeting what they're tweeting about and even the topics in particular And a lot of the ones that are pretending to be black people or black women in particular who are focusing on Black identity have these sort of aspects in the ways that they're talking about language If we saw the other day there was an account that was supposed to be for black supporting Howard Schultz

25:08 that account was eventually pulled down, but that was a prime example of someone trying to mimic support from the black community for a particular candidate. So these kinds of things are happening at this moment we have to pay more close attention because there is nuance also identifying factors. For example, right now from the Black Identity Framework there's a new sort of hashtag and or identity that is in their bios called ADOS or DOS which is standing for Descendants Of Slaves Yeah this is the genesis of us you're right

25:47 Honestly, 2022 we're almost what is that this was 2019? Yeah three years ago. So three years to the date almost roughly when she first wrote her campaign out This is my genesis. Then this leads to us crossing paths, so this story has a lot of history to it for me. And then coming off the last show talking about hoaxes and people making false claims and being false victims I hope everybody gets the rollover into this show

CHAPTER 11 / 55 Discussion

Black Identity Framework, Bot Activity Allegations

Media analysts claim an uptick in bot activity using the ADOS hashtag was designed to mimic black community support or dissent regarding candidates like Harris and Booker. The hosts argue that Silicon Valley and media elites used the "Russian bot" narrative to ignore authentic internal debates within the black community.

black identity· vernacular· silicon valley· putin· joy-ann reid

26:23 If you haven't heard that, that's the Duke Lacrosse case. So as you see this was right after she made her announcement She was getting flamed on social media To the point where they had to blame it on bots Russian bots Yeah yeah yeah That's what I picked up the, hey wait a minute that's not bots. That's people and they're descendants of slaves or whatever she said that's all I knew and i was trying to figure that part out that's when you reached out to me yes uh because you said doss and then that's why i added the A to it because it matters the A matters because what they try to do is this is the lumping together the color people the uh aka people are color

27:11 They try to put everything into this black label. And this is when, like really the point where people of Adolf's lineage was really making and stating a claim that, like you mentioned before that we won't have another Obama So let's go ahead and get into the second part of that clip. So it's the indication that they are, they are someone who was born in as a descendant in the United States who is representing black America and has the vernacular and language that people would believe if someone was apart of our community whose either debating about Camilla or debating about Booker because thats just announced

27:52 and trying to say we know who's the most, you know who is black in America and making sure that they are sort of talking in this vernacular that makes it look like they are in support. I did see a huge uptick in bot activity when it came to when Kamala Harris announced it just dropped like a bomb really quickly and she was accused Not really black. You can see that happening but actually there was an uptick of those bots just before she was about to announce so they were preparing for her announcement I love if you kind of take this all the way through, you could almost say Silicon Valley man they suck so bad they're so racist They can't even make black bots properly Well this is Putin's bot

28:40 Russian bots, yeah of course. What am I thinking? Yeah you can't put this on the house like I'm rallying... I love how Joy-Ann Reid says oh yeah no i see the bots come out immediately all right okay it was a bomb what she said she used the word bomb And she's right in her uh the bomb analogy is right yes because soon it was like people were waiting on Kamala to drop because they saw the Obama okidoke being played out once again this was not This was not our candidate. Yeah, this was not our candidate this was uh... This was a package product that they were trying to push us and we said no and Not only was it that you know her politics was a problem the fact that they were trying to like kind of force or forced her on us as being

CHAPTER 12 / 55 Discussion

ADOS Hashtag, Political Power of Lineage

The ADOS hashtag, popularized by Yvette Carnell and Tone Talks, is described as a powerful tool for identifying a specific political lineage and making concrete demands. The hosts suggest this movement effectively derailed Kamala Harris's initial primary run by rejecting her as a "packaged product" forced upon black voters.

ados· tone talks· yvette carnell· lineage· political demands

29:33 Kind of a toss when they use this term black so loosely and this is why it's so important that we coin a term for political reasons and lineage reasons to identify that our claim is specific and our Demands are specific. Our political demands are specific now at this time there was some there's also some confusion added to it as by the group out in California, I've forgotten the guy's name again the lawyer who you know they're saying we're the ADOS group and that was like the ADOS political group versus the ADOS lineage group which is poorly understood by all. So you're talking about Tone Talks? Yeah Tone Talks right. And Yvette Carneille

30:18 I have to give them credit because they're the one that brought the ADOTs hashtag to popularity. And this is, this-I want to show people This is the power of hashtags Because when you can give a nice clean hashtag That everybody can put their energy behind You can take down a political candidate In their tracks and this was what really This was the They were trying to hide this The fact that these people that are loosely linked, if not linked at all but by nothing but a lineage and the hashtag destroyed who should have been president now. That was the whole goal they were this was her big rollout Joe Biden in my perspective Joe Biden was a backup plan he was to spare political candidate

31:09 She was their first choice. That's a good take and what but what's baffling about that is how can you fall for it? How can you fall for the concept that Ados America is gonna put up with that shit? Well, I'm glad they haven't done the research You know who's talking to you Well, the prop well they had the audacity to think they could do this. Now we're going to get into another set of throwback clips and this is very important We're not rehashing one. We got a lot of new listeners two This was three years ago and three now looking through the lens of where we're at now backwards You can clearly see it it's gonna answer your question they have big media and they didn't understand the power of independent media

CHAPTER 13 / 55 Discussion

Kamala Harris Identity, Oakland Roots Controversy

Don Lemon and Kamala Harris discuss her identity on The Breakfast Club, where she defends her "black cred" by citing her birth in Oakland. The hosts criticize her for attempting to graft herself into the ADOS lineage despite her Jamaican and Indian heritage, noting the distinction between being "Black" and "African American" in a lineage context.

kamala harris· don lemon· oakland· african american· elon musk

31:53 And to hear that play out, the big media and how they were trying to force this through. We have Don Lemon and he's talking to April Ryan about Kamala Harris- Two of my favorite people! This is great I love these people. This is about Kamala Harris Is African American. So April listen the only black woman in the 2020 campaign is fielding questions about race and I just want to play for you what Kamala Harris said to The Breakfast Club when she was asked about how people on social media are questioning if she's African American Another meme says Kamala Harris is not African-American. Her parents were immigrants from India and Jamaica, and she was raised in Canada not the United States. And it said fat! That's what the meme says. So I was born in Oakland...

32:39 and raised in the United States except for the years that I was in high school in Montreal, Canada. And look this is the same thing they did to Barack. This is not new to us and so I think that you know what they're trying to do? They're trying to do what has been happening over the last two years which is powerful voices trying to sow hate and division among us. So we need to recognize when were being played. Wow! This is fantastic! I didn't realize that she didn't even answer the question. No, this is mind-blowing and then to say well how was born in Oakland haha as you know that gives you black creds. Have you looked at Oakland? Oakland's more white than it then you can...than the hill country

33:29 It's not black anymore. She says this is what she this is what they do to us Another good one now, I wouldn't catch that of course yeah Who is the us there? She's talking about are she talking about people like her and Barack? That's your sister man would you yes give me well if it's me and Barack then yeah then uh Yeah, okay, that's fine Of course they'd do that to you because you're phony The thing is, just don't try to graft yourself in to a lineage that's not yours. Embrace your Indian lineage... That's so arrogant! I'm sorry, I just have to say this. I cannot believe that they're that politically stupid. What it shows is they think black people are stupid

34:18 Hello And they learn their lesson yes, and this is why This was show 15 so yeah 15 we're going through this real time So if people want to go back and listen you can see how this played out from 15 forward. Yeah 18 excuse me that was 18-15 was when they tried to do the Russian bot thing so We followed a whole uh development and the destruction of a political candidate by grassroots efforts. And you're right, it is arrogancy to say you know what we know what's best for black people when we can put a brown person out here call them black black being used in the term of

35:05 African-American or ADOS. This is why this term is very dangerous because even in the title, it says Don Lemon asks if Kamala Harris is African American that when they use the term African American they're using as ADOS as a synonym to ADOS which she's not because if that's the case then we got to say Elon Musk is the richest African American of all time Exactly, exactly. So we got to be very careful with these terms and they learned their lesson and they're still learning their lesson but this was the arrogancy of

CHAPTER 14 / 55 Discussion

Don Lemon vs. April Ryan, Defining Blackness

A heated exchange between Don Lemon and April Ryan explores whether Kamala Harris should be classified as African American. While Ryan argues that Harris's "blackness" is sufficient, Lemon insists there is a meaningful distinction in lineage that should not be ignored, a stance the hosts find surprisingly authentic for the CNN anchor.

don lemon· april ryan· cnn· lineage· identity politics

35:43 the Democratic Party and they learned, like I said not to repeat myself but they learned their lesson. But April Ryan is going to push back against Don Lemon on her being African American. This is a great clip this month this is a by the way this show has receipts people just so you know this is not this is stuff that we've done! So glad you're here what do you make of her answer April? It's good for her. Um, you know let's there's a lot to unpack here. Number one what does black enough mean? Can someone give me a definition of what black is enough is I don't want to go down the road of the stereotype when people say we're black number one she is a black woman she's a mixed race woman when you see her you see her blackness but she is also south asian her mom is south asian and her dad is jamaican April April April let me listen more power to her

36:36 And I think that's great. That is, that should be enough. It is enough that she's a black woman. We are not a model. No no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no But to want a distinction, to say is she African American or is she black? Or whatever. There's nothing wrong with that! There's a difference between being African American and being Black People, people Latino people are people of color but they're not black. They're brown people okay? She is a woman of color but she is a black woman Okay that's why I agree with that I agree with that But if she African American No no no no no no But if she African American there is a difference There's nothing wrong with that No one is trying to take anything away from her So let's go down into her lineage Let's go down If you want to go into her lineage All she had to say was I am black but I'm not African American

37:35 I love Don Lemon for this. That was so proper of him It was but he had to pay and we've documented with our receipts that he had to kowtow after this And you know, his words even to the point where he does have involvement with Jussie as well. As the story develops with Jussie Smollett later down the line so I didn't go there's just so many rabbit holes with this story that it was like man which angle do you take? But I want to use this as a good point to go back, a year later. To show that this is their candidate This was their original candidate being Kamala Harris The antics they tried to use including Jussie Smollett to endear her to us and it didn't work You can hear how hard April Ryan is working And what angle is Don working from in these set of clips? Is he controlling opposition

38:36 Or was he backing another candidate at the time? You know, I just can't figure out his anchor on this tape. Okay so first a question April Ryan Ados? I believe so yeah uh i'll do a quick check while you're doing it. It would be more authentic for April Ryan to say I grew up in Baltimore which she did than Kamala Harris like I was born and in Oakland The thing about Don Lemon is I think that he is How can I say this? I feel authenticity from him often. I feel authenticity from him as a man I feel authenticity for him as a black man if you're authenticity from him as a gay, man it shines through but he's in an environment and You know It's just

39:29 This one went too far for him. He'll do anything necessary, but he went this I think that was something in him that said no, I just can't I cannot Deny my own existence with this bullshit The reason I push back against that is what we've seen and maybe this is was Don's last stand. Whoa, possible! As we call him on this show Donald Lemon. I can't forget yeah This was Donald Lemons because he jumped the shark many a times prior to this and after this i don't know if he was trying to give them some advice like hey boots in the ground is saying they're not feeling her maybe this is not the right take i'll say that but possible reads what he's told to read yeah uh and he's told to do he does what he's told to do

CHAPTER 15 / 55 Discussion

Roland Martin, Shaming of ADOS Critics

Roland Martin criticizes black men and ADOS activists for questioning Kamala Harris's identity, labeling their dissent as "black self-hate." The hosts argue that Harris's failure to provide specific policies for black Americans, combined with her "pandering" references to Tupac and marijuana, led to her political decline.

roland martin· black self-hate· reparations· tupac· weed

40:18 because we see how CNN has been exposed recently. Their whole shop over there is... When you have a free-form interview, I mean sometimes you just go too far! You do it every single night and he just went off the reservation but i think that was sincere Yes, I'll give you that. But speaking of sincerity now we have to go over and this is post her dropping out of the race This is Roland Martin aka Bule number one He goes in and has a rant about the attacks on Kamala Harris and her blackness Donald Trump Jr Is Fredo

41:02 And he clearly can't read a bio. All he has to do is go read the bio of Senator Kamala Harris, then you'll understand her background and so she's probably the dumbest of all the Trump children but here's the real issue here. The attacks on Senator Kamala Harris' blackness really started at the moment she announced and where it's really coming from this is black self hate and and that's what the real issue here. There are black people out there who are angry, who say Obama didn't do enough for African Americans and what they're not doing is demanding really policy questions. They're questioning her blackness you even have some fools out there who are black especially a lot of black men who are criticizing

41:56 Because her husband is white and so I understand that folks are talking about Donald Trump jr Retweeting this but really you've got some asinine black folks out there Who are the ones who are questioning? Her blackness and they are shameful, and they're despicable And then they should be called out at every turn can Roland Martin show his ados card no he cannot do anything So and listen to the language fools, asinine. It was complete shaming and they didn't understand the more they shamed... The worse it got! ...the harder we clamp down on their candidate. The more they shamed, the harder we came in and she... There's something there that he said that bears discussing He said they're not looking at their policies They're just looking at her blackness

42:52 And I think that's correct, but i think it's correct because they already went- They. The blacks already went through the Obama policy- Oh well policy! It'll be okay. Um... Go ahead? Well there was a they and I'm loosely part of that they. It was people that been fed up with this is your candidate shutup go vote don't ask for anything and We did have policy questions, and she was at I didn't put this clip in here if she would ask specifically What will you do specifically for a DOS people about reparate all right? Okay? Yes, I remember that And she said clearly. I'm not gonna do anything specific for black people no old people

43:40 And that was when she jumped into the grave and started to pull dirt on top of herself. In her political career, it was over! When she made that declaration it was over but what Roland wants to do is say, isn't she black enough? She listens to Tupac and smoke weed. How much blacker do you want? And that was one of the things that she said with just another scoop of dirt on her political grave and I'm speaking metaphorically here for anybody that's listening that may want to highlight that in another way we're talking about her political career it

CHAPTER 16 / 55 Discussion

Jussie Smollett Timeline, Anti-Lynching Bill

The timeline of the Jussie Smollett incident closely mirrors Kamala Harris's campaign rollout, with a threatening letter arriving on January 22, 2019, and the alleged attack occurring on January 29. This proximity suggests a coordinated effort to boost the profile of the Justice for Victims of Lynching Act.

timeline· threatening letter· empire· anti-lynching bill· chicago

44:22 over as soon as it began and this is the from the her rollout campaign roll out go ahead no i was going to say I had what's cool about this because of course, I'm intimately familiar with most of this story in something. I didn't realize is the timing of Smollett with Kamala Harris that and of course I know I see how this is coming together but I just want to mention like holy crap! I didn't realize the timing was so it's all a part of the same timeline. Well I'm gonna give you the timeline, just a couple dates in the timeline she wrote out her campaign on January 20th 2019

45:09 January 22nd is when Jussie Smollett received a racist and homophobic threatening letter to the studio in Chicago where Empire was filmed. That was the one with the letters cut out? Yes, like the serial killer... It was a nice touch I had to say it was funny With Tylenol in it they put BC in there as well so that was on the 22nd 29th is when actual event happened So these are days apart. No kidding and yeah, just to go over to the anti-lynching bill part of it you know that plays into as well so I think we stopped at 10 a.m., right? We're excuse me no till ten we about to play ten now Yeah And this is her once again stepping on a rake Kamala Harris

CHAPTER 17 / 55 Discussion

Kamala Harris Marijuana Controversy, Breakfast Club Interview

Kamala Harris faces criticism for claiming she listened to Snoop Dogg and Tupac while smoking marijuana in college, despite the artists not releasing music until years after her graduation. The Washington Post's attempt to defend her is characterized as disingenuous, highlighting a pattern of political pandering.

marijuana· snoop dogg· tupac· charlamagne tha god· hot sauce

46:02 And Jussie Smollett are like almost twins in a way of the unforced errors. Of just overdoing it so this is her admitting to smoking weed but I want to, this is a long clip so you can stop it throughout the clip if you want to, but this is from The Washington Post and this is right after she said it. This was her them trying to clean up her mess that she had made with Charlamagne Tha Garde as I call him because how protective he is over Kamala. But this is number 10. Kamala Harris's comments from her radio interview with The Breakfast Club are sparking controversy. Have you ever smoked? Wait a minute

46:44 I'm so tired of these puns. Well, sparking... Sparking! And not only do they write the stupid pun because you know sparkin' up a joint etc., but then she even pauses to make sure that all the dumb fuck's heard it. Oh did you hear how clever we are? Be prepared! Harris's comments from her radio interview with The Breakfast Club are sparking controversy Have you ever smoked? I have. Okay, and I inhale. It was a long time ago." Harris explains her pro-pot stance and admits that she indulged in the substance while in college

47:27 Then, this exchange happened. What does Kamala Harris listen to? People quickly jumped on what they saw as a contradiction given that Tupac and Snoop Dogg were not producing music while she was in college. Harris graduated from Howard University in 1986 and later got her JD from the University of California in 1989 Tupac's debut album, Tupacalypse Now came out in 1991 and Snoop's first album Doggystyle followed a few years later in 1993. So if you're just listening to this piece on the radio it sounds like Harris' memory is mixed up or maybe she lied about what her stoner jams were in an attempt to sound cool at a time when more and more Democrats—and even a few Republicans—are on board with legal wheat but when you watch Harris' whole interaction on camera the situation plays out very differently

48:23 DJ Envy asks Harris what she listens to. What does Kamala Harris listen to? Charlemagne then asks a separate question, as an aside to the senator. What were you listening to when you was high? Harris politely laughs but then makes eye contact with Envy. So it's implied that she is answering Envy's question about what she listens to in general, rather than specifically what she listened to while stoned. she answered his question so Washington Post is being very disingenuous with this mean well that's hello also when when you're going to lie it's easier to look at someone else correct correct so then

49:19 But he asked a specific question to her and she acknowledged his questions. She sure did! Yes, so this is null and void or whatever they're saying over the Washington Post And we got to remember Washington Post is the one that wrote that letter saying Basically you need us Democratic Party When they wanted Kamala to be vice president So there's no one it twisted the Democratic Party arm say you have to use her in this what we want to a black female vice president and the first justice to be a black woman. So this was all done through The Washington Post, so we can go ahead and finish up with this clip but I just wanted to point that out that she's not paying attention. Oh my goodness! Oh yeah definitely Snoop. Uh-huh. Tupac. So it's implied that she is answering Envy's question about what she listens to in general rather than specifically what she listened to while stoned

50:12 Harris has been accused of pandering because of the way this played out and it's not the first time a politician has been put in that position on the show. What is something you always carry with you? Hot sauce Really?! Yeah! Are you getting information right now? So while Harris was trying to make her position on pot clear, she found herself in a pretty sticky situation Question Charlemagne said, are you about to jump into formation? Is he referring to like a Beyonce formation? Yes which... Which Hillary didn't get by the way. She didn't get that at all Right but doesn't that have mean a whole different meaning now what we're talking about with the whole mass... Mass formation? Yeah yeah

CHAPTER 18 / 55 Discussion

Mass Formation, Information Warfare Tactics

The hosts discuss the concept of "mass formation" and how false information is often planted alongside real analysis to discredit researchers. They emphasize the importance of vetting clips and maintaining context to avoid falling for "nuggets" of misinformation designed to destabilize independent media.

mass formation· psyops· misinformation· vetting· no agenda

51:00 And that would also lead to people that still believe that Jussie Smollett was attacked. There are people out there, still to this day... Oh sure! Of course of course yeah so this is another reason why the story is so important to go back and say how can they still believe that but now what we're seeing with mass uh what's the word? Mass formation then but not only that but the whole side uh The whole push now with the whole collective psychological, what was it? Stockholm syndrome. The thing with COVID why they say everybody's under this spell we call it spells over here No its the mass formation or some call it the mass for my formation psychosis which is incorrect That's that's the one I'm but thats But it's really mass formation not mass formation thats just been bastard

51:54 It's a separate story, I'm doing it on no agenda tomorrow but mass formation the theory and what that is has been hijacked by mass formation psychosis which is Hitler. Which ended the whole understanding of what's really going on Which we know and I just give another tidbit of information on this they will plant, they capital T-H-E-Y. They will plant false information like a little nugget of false information with a real analysis to make it null and void. That's exactly what is happening

52:33 And to give you an example, in this situation with Kamala Harris and Jussie Smollett they use one of saying that she was his aunt. So if you took that little nugget and put it into your analysis or whatever, it made you... It renders you... Null and void. An idiot. Yeah! It made you an idiot. And they purposefully... I saw them give this gasp. And I saw a bunch of content creators and podcasters jump on this. They're aunts. They're aunt's. There's his nephew. That's aunt's. And what it did was just destabilize the whole point talking points around this whole situation So I just want to point that out as well Be careful if you don't have vetted information and receipts be careful of the information that you push forward because they could You know destroy everything that you're working too, and i'll say it happens to me It happens to me all the time. You know that sometimes it's hard uh luckily though

53:29 People are out there catching it and you just got a when you had to get it wrong. You gotta take the L quick That's easier I Got no chip on my shoulder. I'm a washed up VJ what the hell do I know? Not only that but we get bombarded with so much information sent, you know by producers which we appreciate But at the same time, make sure you vet it or send everything in context. That way we can make an educated decision if it makes it into the show or not because they could easily this statements and destabilize a plan. And here's one to watch out for If it's a clip that ends on the punchline but stops after that

54:14 Right because there's usually some context or a correction or something else that we didn't see so you got to go To C-SPAN, or you know do the YouTube's. You gotta find the longer version Because that's that's the one I get caught in most like oh This is a great clip and then I realized that it was cut off in a certain way That the is kind of out of context Yeah, so that's why it takes no agenda and this show so long to put together. Because we have to go back and vet almost everything that we receive course I'm giving a luxury to the two-week cycle that we have. Well but this is also one of the few podcasts that as you say has that luxury, but it's so much better everyone jumps on the story right away and then you know it's kind of set in history that's what happened then with Mo Faxx we're gonna go back after we've had time...it's had time to settle and yeah and the pieces are falling down and just pick them up we actually have a lot of those pieces ourselves

CHAPTER 19 / 55 Discussion

Kamala Harris Rap Selection, Political Incompetence

Kamala Harris struggles to name a "best rapper alive" during a CNN interview, eventually defaulting to Tupac. The hosts mock her reliance on rehearsed talking points and suggest that despite her elite backing and credentials, her inability to speak authentically to the black community led to her rejection by ADOS voters.

tupac· dale earnhardt· cnn· pander· credentials

55:09 And then okay now we can see the full picture which is why I love this you know from the timeline perspective and it's nice and cured, and it's all ready to be You know Enjoyed so let's go ahead. So I'm gonna skip a clip Oh, you don't want to make reference to it? You don't want to that I think it's great. I think it was kind of like the kicker to how stupid she is well Let's go ahead get into it. Yeah Well These are those moments that we love speedy secondhand embarrassment for you coming out. Yeah Being interviewed on CNN Bubba being interviewed on CNN She was asked by the CNN reporter who's just enamored with her of course Who does she think the best rapper alive is here? We go and then best rapper alive to pop I keep doing that

56:06 Listen, West Coast girls think Tupac lives on. I'm with you. I'm with you so Tupac can be born. Yeah, you just start hanging out with Joseph catch it. Is there something in the water? What do you think? That's true who the best NASCAR driver alive was she said Dale Earnhardt Who did she end up saying by the way She never answered it She said there's a lot of good ones out there Hey best rapper alive Tupac! Dale Sharp He was gunned down about 20 years ago Okay well Oh, that's interesting because now I know what she's saying. She said, I keep doing that and I think what she is saying is... I rehearse anything about black music just say Tupac. And so she just keeps saying Tupac. I smoke weed? Tupac! Best rapper alive? Tupac! Who's number one on the charts? Tupac! Oh man and then to admit it like that

57:08 Yeah, which? Yeah go ahead. Nah nah it's just weird That's the thing and then that reason why I chose that clip to use when you have a guy named Bubba laughing at you about your rap selection. You got a problem, yeah. She is the gift that keeps on giving to Republican right-leaning pundits because she just keeps stepping on rakes and she even said it herself how do i keep making this mistake? She just has what they call in baseball and sports called she has the hips. Yeah, you know she chokes each She had all when you look at her resume Everything's there right? She's a woman of color You can understand if your Angela or I or April Ryan Mm-hmm, you can make the hard sell that she's a quote unquote black woman. You know she had the credentials She has the big money Soros backing her she has everything but when it comes to speak

58:09 She's terrible. Yeah, seriously I mean It just amazes me how bad she is at her job. But they, this goes to show you that it doesn't matter. They were going to force her on us in 2020 and to the ADOS, FBA, Native Blacks whatever term you want to use the black people of America with a lineage going back to this country as our genesis we said no and let's go... The reason why I'm pointing out it when you feel powerless When you go on social media and say no, this actually collectively has power if you have enough people pushing a certain topic. With the hashtag? Yes!

CHAPTER 20 / 55 Discussion

Cultural Differences, Ironing Clothes

A host shares a personal anecdote about the cultural significance of ironing clothes daily within the black community. This observation on grooming habits serves as a lighthearted transition before returning to the skepticism surrounding the Smollett case.

ironing· cultural habits· tide· college roommates· laundry

58:55 And that's why I always will give Yvette and ToneTox their credit. Because without ADOS, that hashtag not what they did politically or they did some sleight of hand stuff but you got to give people credit where credit is due and I always would give them their credit for that pushing the awareness of this hashtag being a separate entity in the collectiveness of black in America So with that said, let me go ahead and get to why I thought Jussie Smollett was full of crap with his story because I have the latest out. The Jussie Smollett story came on first on Fox News. I'm ironing my pants getting ready to go to work

59:37 As I do every morning talking to the TV and my wife's rolling her eyes like will this man please just stop And if I can just say something, I'd like to say it all the white men in America take note of this. I learned this in college with from my roommate black men iron their clothes everyday themselves This is a cultural difference. I'm not saying there's no white men who don't iron their shirts, but it's a cultural thing washing your own clothes and ironing them I'm glad you pointed it out, because it is a thing. It's a thing! Yeah... I remember they were like hey- I remember Ty my roommate was like hey son You gotta use some Tide on that shit and I'm like what? I swear to God it sounds so weird right but that's exactly what it was and then he said oh man Let me show ya how to- What are you doing let me show you how to iron He was so frustrated with me Alright so uh

CHAPTER 21 / 55 Discussion

Chicago Rail Heaters, Subway Sandwich Skepticism

During a record-breaking cold snap in Chicago where rail lines required open flames to function, Jussie Smollett claimed to have walked to a Subway restaurant at 2:00 AM. The hosts argue that common sense dictates no one, especially a celebrity, would venture out in such weather for a sandwich when delivery services were available.

metra· chicago· polar vortex· subway· common sense

1:00:36 Let's okay. This is this is the reason why I thought jelly remember Jesse Smollett clip came on and this story came No, well, I got order mixed up this story came on and then the Jesse Smollett came on This is the order so this came home We can go ahead play number 11 prior to them announcing the justice mother story This sure does look dramatic And I just found out that it is done in our area more than that in a second these images are of Metra in Chicago That's a commuter rail system It uses open flames to heat up rails in the extreme cold. The heaters are gas fed on maybe what's one of the most crucial parts of the tracks this is called a switch it swaps trains from one track to another, it is the only part of our rail system that moves. The heaters keep switches moving by melting snow and ice if a switch gets clogged up that will stop trains

1:01:26 in a hurry. Our Metro does use open flame track heaters, just not right now uses an open flame only during snow and ice storms Now nothing is actually on fire though it sure does look like it this is sort of like a burner on a gas stove there's one unintended side effect of all this the flames can burn wooden railroad ties that means they have to be replaced faster than usual Pete Mundine WUSA 9 Yeah was a cold one Cold, it was historically cold. And I'm like hold on wait wait wait this guy celebrity goes out into weather cold enough where you had to set train tracks on fire to go get a subway sandwich and gets attacked in Chicago by white guys in this record cold snap by yelling hey Empire

1:02:25 No, no. That's too much that now you've expected me to be dumb and that was the whole thing but that was a sequence or this story show first then this Jussie Smollett story came on This wasn't an actual clip but reporting this I was like that's interesting God never knew did they set train tracks on fire well not set them on fire But these burner cut things to keep them warm So that's what caught my interest. I'm like, that's very interesting! I never knew that and now I was like man it is cold in Chicago and then they played the initial Jussie Smollett report and I'm like bullcrap I'm calling it and my wife and My daughter you know? I'm like man. I'm a child this goes into where did they believe it initially They were all-in well

1:03:14 I don't think they really cared. I mean, because... Well hold on a second now hold on a second it's important because here we have two women Ados and the claim is hey they're lynching brothers out there they didn't care so that whole idea was stupid well of course it was really only to trigger white people but that I said it didn't I? Goggles back on or whatever. No, no, no! That's the thing you hit right in the head this wasn't for us This wasn't for our consumption Got it Because You're not walking Chicago Random white dudes is walking up on black dudes in Chicago No none of that's... Chi-rac None of that sounds right None of this sounds right but like I said The deal sealer from me was Your'e not going out for Subway

1:04:05 Unless subway means something totally different. If you're talking about Jared, I mean but I digress fully on that one. Yeah unless you going to Subway for some pizza but I don't get going out at that time of night To go get Subway when we like we said We have car services DoorDash was up and coming then Uber Eats all these things and you're going out to go get Subway I mean we're talking about... Do what everyone else does, make a grilled cheese. Come on you're not gonna go out. And the ramen noodles that's good bedtime snack right there. Grilled cheese and then a pot of ramen. But yeah that that's what did it for me and the person who agrees with me is the only black juror on the trial

CHAPTER 22 / 55 Discussion

Lone Black Juror, Common Sense Verdict

Andre Hope, the only black juror in the Smollett trial, explains that the actor's story simply did not add up. He specifically points to the noose as a deal-breaker, stating that no African American would voluntarily leave a noose around their neck for police to see after an attack.

andre hope· juror· noose· common sense· swimming

1:04:54 And this is him being interviewed that said his story makes no sense. A juror who convicted actor Jussie Smollett for making up his story about being attacked on the streets of Chicago is speaking out today He was actually the lone black juror on the case and he's confident, he made the right decision because to him Smollett testimony made no sense black juror on the Jussie Smollett trial is speaking out for the first time. In this exclusive interview with WLS TV, Andre Hope says Smollett's claim that he was attacked in a hate crime by the Osindaro brothers

1:05:31 simply made no sense. 2 o'clock in the morning, cold outside when you just use your common sense as what's there yeah it just didn't add up. Hope said one critical piece of evidence that convinced him Smollett made up the story was the noose which police video showed Smollet leaving on his neck for cops to see As an African-American person I'm not putting that noose back on at all I didn't realize that he was the lone black juror which they pointed out incessantly. Is that something that's in there set up for an appeal? Like racist jury? I doubt it, I mean...I think they want this thing to go away but yeah It is just interesting that would be the makeup of a jury in Chicago A jury of his peers Well I guess his peers are white

1:06:23 I mean, you know you had these disqualifying questions. Have you heard of the story? Do you have feelings? And if you ask me as a jurist like why do you feel like this... He's crazy! First of all, you're going outside that cult just another generalization and we talk about irony As a severe generalization Oh i get to doing in a minute too go yeah Black people hate cold weather Wait, does this go along with black people really don't dig swimming? No, I think that's a new thing. Oh really? Yes because my father all their uncles everybody could swim Just as a quick story they would throw you in They will basically take you to the water hold or swimming hole wherever else and they would throw you in That's how you learn. You know, that's how you learned My brother is definitely afraid of water until he went to military Because my uncle grabbed him

1:07:26 and gave him the old tradition of throwing you in. And him and my dad got to big dust up over that. Oh really? Yeah, so I think this swimming thing is more of a generational thing but cold weather I'm telling you, as a survey if you ask any black person are you going back out to get Subway in this temperature? No. And like i said that's a generalization but no sir we don't do the cold weather. Got it. Not at all. I don't either Moe believe me I don't either That's too much um so we stopped there it makes no sense uh let's go ahead and get into the part two of The Juror

CHAPTER 23 / 55 Discussion

Juror Mystery, Masonic Ritual Theory

While the jury found Smollett guilty, the lone black juror expressed confusion over the motive. One host revisits their original theory from the Star Report, suggesting the event may have been an esoteric "humiliation ritual" or a Masonic-style symbolic act involving the noose.

motive· masonic ritual· humiliation ritual· star report· esoteric

1:08:04 63 year old retired civil servant says he had never seen the TV show Empire and knew very little about Smollett before being selected to the jury. I was shocked, it was completely shocked that I was even picked at that point. I took it very seriously. He says he was disappointed to see he was the only black person on the panel. How can we say there this is a jury of your peers? There's only one African America and there were plenty two, three four. African Americans can handle the truth too and we can give an impartial judgment on a case And while he has no doubts about Smollett's guilt He is still left with one lingering mystery I still have not figured out a motive to why this had to even happen He was a star! Smollett is awaiting his sentencing He could face up to 15 years in prison but the juror says he hopes Smollett only gets probation and that Hollywood gives him a second chance

1:09:02 Oh, really? I don't know about that. Certain course you can disqualify it like are you aware of him on Empire that might disqualify? a certain segment of black people do you have an opinion on this case mm-hmm It was such a huge social media everybody knew about it. Yeah, right For him not to say he didn't know who Jesse Smollett was and he never seen the show that makes him rare just amongst black people because it was kind of that kind of thing like

1:09:40 Yeah, we're not rocking with Jesse. But you're correct there I think because with every other high-profile jury selection we've seen it's been all this racist makeup too many white people and this one wasn't all that they tried it but I don't think it played the same way and I think you're right is like make it go away We don't care And nobody wanted to be on his jury trust me because Do you, was anybody really impartial? I mean they do this thing. Have you heard about the dude it's kind of hard not to hear about this story right so Of course a lot of people probably disqualified themselves with their opinions on the case So with that said he had two questions there One why did he leave the noose on his neck We may need a little theorem in here maybe not but This was my answer to Star because Star had the same question which

1:10:31 I had to answer. I felt compelled to call in and I was shaking like a leaf on the tree because naturally, I'm not afraid of public speaking but just like okay... Just the first time being on the line it was like you know that kind of thing but um To me, I saw as a Masonic ritual because part of the Masonic ritual is to leave a noose around your neck and that was my answer to him on the esoteric kind of topic. Now you brought up the anti lynching bill which that was explained in the just know the political realm but this was some kind of humiliation ritual, I see and that was my original take on this case

CHAPTER 24 / 55 Discussion

Kim Foxx, Celebrity and Political Ties

Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx is scrutinized for her close relationship with Kamala Harris and other celebrities. The hosts discuss the broader trend of "Soros-backed" prosecutors who prioritize "reimagining" the justice system over traditional law enforcement, leading to friction with police departments.

kim foxx· cook county· george soros· kamala harris· justice system

1:11:21 And then two, he asks why? Why would he do this and hopefully in these next few sets of clips I answer that. So before we get to you anything else you want to say no i'm good let's move forward all right so now we have the get into miss kim foxx and her celebrity ties yeah Kim Fox is the district attorney yes for sure at soros sister number one yes well not number one but she's wanted to one of the og sorrow sisters Today we're piecing together Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx' connections to certain celebrities. CBS2 Suzanne LeMunieau learned it includes a presidential candidate Asked directly if she is friends with actor Jussie Smollett sisters or anyone in the actors family, Cook County state attorney Kim Foxx said I am not But a fox mentor does have a connection to the Empire star and his family that senator and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris

1:12:18 In this January Instagram video, Harris is seen with Smollett and his sister Journey in a Time's Up rally in Los Angeles. After Smollett alleged attack in Chicago, Harris tweeted her support for the Empire star saying, after he was charged she backpedaled on her support and what she had called an attempted modern day lynching Nah, there it is. So Kim Fox has close ties to Kamala Harris I think Kamala Harris ran Kim Fox's transition team when she won her spot in Chicago politics at the DA. Oh yeah so they're close. They're close-close which

1:13:11 Now we understand who Kim Fox really is, the power of the DA. And this is one of our original conversations when I told you about the Soros sisters and what they were trying to do politically and now we're seeing all mayhem breaking loose three years later in these... In every single city where there's a Soro sister where they're throwing people back out on the street who belong in jail Correct, which if you want to use that logic then Jussie Smollett shouldn't go to jail. Oh totally of course have you seen New York by the way? The new I think state's attorney there or district attorney yes it's a dude same thing

1:13:57 It's like, well if it was a weapon and wasn't a gun then it'll just be downgraded. Okay I think when Marama Mary was on his way out Lori Lightfoot was on her way in yeah so all of this has you know political implications bigger than Chicago we're talking about a mass rollout across the country revisioning the justice system which we talked about justice saying plenty of times on this show that we're not talking about fairness or the rule of law. We're talking about the spirit of justice that they'd like to talk about. So with that said, let's go ahead and get into this second part of this Kim Fox celebrity ties

CHAPTER 25 / 55 Discussion

Emily's List, Time's Up and Oprah

Kim Foxx's ties to Emily's List and the Time's Up movement are highlighted, linking her to a network of powerful female activists and donors. The hosts argue that Time's Up was a managed rebranding of the grassroots Me Too movement, orchestrated by Hollywood elites like Oprah Winfrey.

emily's list· time's up· oprah winfrey· alyssa milano· me too

1:14:37 Fox has long shown her appreciation for Harris. On Fox's Twitter page, she writes of Harris, I would not be where i am today without her guidance during my first run for political office and she has continued to mentor me as I work to reform the criminal justice system in Cook County. Fox is often photographed with celebrities here on her Facebook page She's with Grammy winner John Legend at an event about the impact of violence on young people In this February 28th post, she's with the Reverend Jesse Jackson. Smollett did his community service at Jackson's Rainbow Push organization. Fox also attended the pre-Oscar event for Emily's List 2019 and was part of the red carpet arrivals here she seen on Lisa Ling's Instagram She was also given the 2018 Gabrielle Giffords Rising Star Award by Emily's List

1:15:26 Well, the organization which supports female candidates for office gave Foxx the award for her commitment to making positive change in her community. Emily's List also endorsed Kamala Harris for the Senate We reached out to Harris for comment we haven't heard back Live in The Newsroom Suzanne LeMunieux CBS2 News Oh, the gang is all together Yes, the gang is all together and you heard Kim Foxx say her quote saying Kamala is working with her to reimagine the justice system. It's like Disney we reimagined it all and to go to the, you know just the political explanation why he left a noose on it was the lynching bill. Well this lynching thing was laid out let me back up a little bit because they brought up Time's Up as well which time's up is synonymous with who? Oprah Winfrey I'm not making the connection okay Times Up was Oprah Winfrey when she came to the Golden Globes i think it was in 2018

1:16:33 Oh no, it was maybe 2019. It was... The date's not important, but she came out. Oh is that when they launched Time's Up and Alyssa Milano was out there? And they all had special dress on or something or... They were all black. Ah yeah okay yes I remember. And they all were activists which this was a COVID meetup is what it was. Yeah yeah yeah okay. She came out there she like basically what they did with hijack Me Too and rebranded to Times Up Yes! With Hollywood people. That was the whole point With that, she had Tom's Up going which you heard Jussie Smollett and his sister was part of that whole push. So he is a real activist and his sister is too. Journey which we're gonna get into later but... And that was the sister communicating with Kim Foxx Got it! Which I see as maybe being one to his- one of his handlers in this whole thing so

CHAPTER 26 / 55 Discussion

National Memorial for Peace and Justice, Lynching History

Oprah Winfrey tours the National Memorial for Peace and Justice in Montgomery, Alabama, which commemorates over 4,000 victims of lynching. The segment explores the scale of racial terrorism in the U.S. and how the imagery of the memorial is designed to evoke a visceral emotional response.

oprah winfrey· 60 minutes· lynching· memorial· alabama

1:17:37 We got times up going, we have the anti-lynching bill but what we have to go back is one year prior to the rollout of the anti lynching bill went back in early 2018. We have Oprah Winfrey on 60 minutes and she does this... And really you're gonna have to watch The Lost Tapes to get this visual but let me lay out the visual they go inside this memorial to the victims of lynching And what they have is these panels hanging from the roof that's kind of like the size of bodies. The room elevates so like it's like the panels are hanging higher and higher. They're supposed to be representative of the hanging people, so it's a very traumatic experience to go into this memorial don't take my word for it This is over went free 60 minutes inside a memorial to the victims of lynching So you start with them at eye level and then on this quarter they begin to rise

1:18:37 And then you get to this corridor, and this is when you begin to confront the scale of all these lynchings. Whoa! This is something... Yes we wanted people to have a sense just the scale with this violence with this terrorism So this is over 4,000 that have been documented but of course there are more. Thousands more. Will we ever even know how many? We will never know Every name has its own story Yes that's right This was a minister, Reverend T.A Allen who began talking to sharecroppers about their rights

1:19:17 And because he was doing that, the plantation owners, the landowners got together and they lynched him. And the proof they used that he was somebody worthy of lynching is when they found his body He had a piece of paper that talked about sharecropper rights and the other piece of paper he had in his suit jacket was a note that said every man a king. A lot of these folks were lynched because they showed too much dignity, they showed to much humanity. He just wanted to be respected as a human being and it got him hanged Oh I have some questions mm-hmm I'm realizing that...I'm just thinking

1:19:59 Okay, I want to understand the triggering of the lynchings for Ados. Because of course I grew up and I was educated about the lynchings and just sitting here listening to what she's saying...I really have no idea from a historical perspective. I don't know exactly when this took place. Was it a certain period? Was there a certain reason was it only sharecroppers, was it you know I would say that probably...I've been educated like all the runaway slaves get lynched. I really don't know jack shit about the lynching and I think that as a child when I was taught this I disassociated what I saw in the pictures from

CHAPTER 27 / 55 Discussion

Lynching as a Traumatic Trigger, Political Education

The hosts discuss how the history of lynching serves as a profound traumatic trigger for black Americans. They argue that the publicizing of this history, through memorials and media, is used as a political tool to educate and influence white voters and solidify black political alignment.

trauma· control mechanism· mob justice· education· voting

1:20:49 America from anything that was even possible. I'm like, okay well...I'm glad that shit's over! I need a little bit more background on how that is for you. Okay so this is where Okay, let me start with the Jussie Smollett using the lynching and Oprah and Kamala using lynchings. Lynching has a very specific traumatic trigger for black people in America ADOS however you want to label it because that was the control mechanism on the plantation or that's how the narrative goes that you take a very defiant or disobedient slave

1:21:33 You rope them up? And this is plantation, so we gotta talk about... During slavery, post-slavery. During slavery it was used as a control mechanism on the plantation to say you take a defiant slave you rope him up and you hang him sometimes they were burned dismembered all the above They would even take souvenirs so that was on the plantation Post-slavery it was still used as a control mechanism but it also became a kind of like a public celebration. Which is not, I got a whole another show I'm gonna talk about lynching on but i just want to make this quick because it warrants that they know what they're doing when they use the term lynching when they put that rope around his neck whoever did it when she rolls out this thing... But if this was to trigger white people

1:22:35 I don't think it works that well. Well, you have to be educated! See this is the whole point of the memorial This is the whole point of rolling this out to educate you how bad lynching was Now let me make it clear Lynching was terrible and like I said they would burn you dismember you but it was not exclusive to black people because The rope, the law of the rope exists as American and predates America going back to English. As one you know they have systems on how to hang people publicly okay that was a whole point of it so it was just as an informational data point uh...as white american in you know the east coast and of course I

1:23:22 I bopped around, you know. I did go international school but the topic was covered but it really was never covered in that to that degree it was something that was really messed up and happened we dealt with and yeah just you can forget about because never gonna happen again does that make any sense? The severity of it was never... You know, I never knew how many this museum sounds super interesting but I think that your right The knowledge is, if we're gonna trigger white people we gotta educate them because they don't know shit. Because we don't. That's the whole point of it, that whole push from Oprah... A year ahead of time! We have to educate them on this so they can feel the obligation to vote with a way we want them to vote and the reason why Jussie Smollett got such a hard push back you don't play with lynching for black people even somebody getting a rope around my neck You would have to kill me to get a rope around my neck Another thing with the story like the guy was saying

CHAPTER 28 / 55 Discussion

Modern Mob Rule, Trauma-Based Entertainment

The discussion shifts to how "trauma-based entertainment" and historical accounts of mob justice shape modern perceptions. The hosts compare the strategy of perpetual victimhood to other historical memorials, suggesting that the Smollett hoax was a failed attempt to manufacture a modern-day lynching for political gain.

billie holiday· strange fruit· mob rule· psychological warfare· holocaust museum

1:24:25 How do you let them get that rope around his neck and then to leave it on? And then a further story is he took it off and then put it back on. To put it, oh no! I'm triggered right now to think about the fact that somebody putting a rope around my neck No we don't play because what that is On a human- Let's just take it back one step back When somebody puts something around your neck That could be a leash or to kill you. You know, the human nature is not going to get that kind of control over me just on a human level but then when you've been indoctrinated with trauma-based entertainment

1:25:03 of the strange fruit from Billie Holiday. With the, like I said every movie has an illusion in modern day era of illusions of hanging which like I said lynching happened and the real problem with lynching in modern day times was the mob justice that came along with it where let's just say for instance oh this guy did it let's go in but the guards or the sheriff would pretty much turn the guy over to the mob. They would string him up right there, judge jury executioner, or they will put pressure on the judge to have a mock trial basically and then let's just go ahead and hang them so that was the real I mean like it was more of the uh like i said the modern day hanging um

1:25:50 That was the issue because that was, there is no justice. It's mob rule and reason why I was triggered for me is I'm old enough to know grandparents, aunts everything else saying don't go down certain roads because black men disappeared on that road. When you go out at night um... You travel with somebody else or you don't even go out tonight I mean this is In your lifetime? in my lifetime we had like just going to the corner store there was a road that would cut between our house and the corner store but you didn't take that dirt road

1:26:31 You better not get caught on that dirt road. You had to take the long way till the corner store and this is like I said, I'm born in 1980 so it's...I find it very disgusting that they would use this as a political tool or a triggering thing So that's why... It's also highly risky! I think it was a risky strategy to start with They overestimated what they could do with this for all the reasons we're talking about You get there's a lot of moving parts to that to just try and reconfigure the American mind in a year's time. I think it was weak, weak plan. Well two years because you gotta think this was early 2018 that Oprah had this whole memorial rolling out but the beauty of taking the Lenten...I hate use the word beauty but politically from their perspective the beauty of it

1:27:22 We don't know how many lynchings happened, so we can keep finding more and more cases in the past to trigger you on. Where now if you want something in the future as with Jesse, we got a manufacturer it's a lot easier just to... So they were really taking a page out of the Holocaust Museum playbook? Yes! Got It It's perpetual victims, whereas now with Jussie it's a risk. We can't do these hoaxes anymore. There are cameras on every corner and there is tracking of everything so we need something that can be repeatable and that is why I think they took the lynching Bill aspect of it and either way you want to look at it. Maybe just Jesse and his sister or his handlers We're like hey, we can throw a Kamala alley with this whole lynching hoax And it runs great with her With her initiative is coming down the line with the ancient any lynching bill or Somebody put in the call to say a Jesse activate I don't know I can't speculate so how that happened

CHAPTER 29 / 55 Discussion

Senate Floor Debate, Anti-Lynching Legislation

Kamala Harris speaks on the Senate floor in support of anti-lynching legislation, detailing the gruesome history of the practice. The hosts suggest that the political establishment was "all in" on using this issue to propel Harris to the presidency, with the Smollett case serving as a potential catalyst.

kamala harris· james baldwin· senate· murder· summary execution

1:28:26 Hey Jesse activation time. Right? So... With that said, you heard her jump on the lynching terms in there. So I think we stopped with Oprah. Yeah so let's go ahead and listen to Kamala and her on the House floor discussing the anti-lynching bill. Senate floor excuse me. The senate floor discussing the anti-lynching bill James Baldwin once said that quote not everything that is faced can be changed But nothing can be changed until it is faced. And that is why we are here again today to face the history of lynching in this country from 1882 to 1986, the United States Congress failed to pass anti-lynching legislation when they had the opportunity more than 200 times

1:29:25 We have an opportunity once again to right this wrong and face the ugly history of lynching in America. And let's recall this stain on America's history, lynching it was an act of terror it was murder these were summary executions victims of lynching were dragged out of their homes they had ropes wrapped around their necks they were hanged on trees In many cases, they were castrated and burned as crowds of people watched and applauded. And the premise underlying all of these acts was that black people were not full human beings. According to the Equal Justice Initiative lynching was used as an instrument of terror and intimidation 4084 times during the late 19th and 20th centuries

1:30:27 You know, listen to this. This was about the presidency of the United States of America and there's this group of people including Soros All in on this. All in on Kamala and we're gonna make her, the Democratic Party and I don't know if Hills was in it, the Clintons? I do not know...if there's just a fraction but to become president the power that you have what you can do I mean you could address printing trillions of dollars you can go to war all these things

1:31:08 If these people truly were genuine and they really wanted to make her president, they should have hung Jussie Smollett up for real. That would have worked! Like real hanging. Oops! But like I said with the surveillance state we live in... See that's the problem They're trying to balance two things It's one We're living in a surveillance state Which I'm gonna make it clear right now That-we're headed towards another crime bill Right now. This whole thing, the whole...

CHAPTER 30 / 55 Discussion

Robotic Policing, New Crime Bill Predictions

The hosts predict that current lawlessness in major cities will lead to a public demand for a new, high-tech "crime bill." This future would involve increased robotic surveillance, drones, and private police forces, effectively replacing traditional incarceration with a digital "locked-in" state.

crime bill· surveillance· private police· mass incarceration· drones

1:31:45 What will the yummy, what will little yummy be? Who will be the poster child of the new crime bill. Well it's these smashing grass. Yes I know! Exactly. This is completely lawlessness which is being done by people like Kim Foxx and its gonna ratchet up the very thing that caught Jesse Simone and his cohorts is increased surveillance to a point where there'll be robots doing their surveillance There will be things riding up and down the sidewalk. We already have the... Yeah, that'll be for the poor people and as you stated a long time ago private police it's popping up everywhere private police force And I know cops here in Hill Country who are saying, you know one of my buddies he wanted to go back on the force

1:32:39 what's her name, the Potter trial? He said oh I'm not going back. He says good bad or indifferent if the city council is there if the mayor if the police chief if no one has your back why take the risk he says and I can go work for private police force be eating pizza all night and make twice as much money So then you get worse cops, more crime. They'll make the poor black people in those communities beg for something to happen and what they're gonna do give you is robotic policing which is another level to surveillance. Your ring doorbell will have wheels riding up and down the sidewalk

1:33:25 So that's where we're headed, but they're going to make us beg for it the same way they introduced drugs in 94. More drugs handcuff the police you had the Rodney King thing that happened uh...that put police on watch or say well I don't really want to do anything more crime more drugs then they say okay beg for mass incarceration You got it? Mass incarceration less fathers more crime so this whole thing is repeat Yeah, there's no nobody is on our side in this whole thing. Do you think sources on your side? I don't think so and as you said they do not have the string Jesse smell it up

CHAPTER 31 / 55 Discussion

Kim Foxx Resignation Calls, Special Prosecutor Report

A special prosecutor's report reveals that Kim Foxx lied about her communications with Jussie Smollett's sister. Despite calls for her resignation and evidence of Smollett's prior criminal record, Foxx's administration continues to defend the handling of the case, which critics call a "sweetheart deal."

kim foxx· jim trustee· jussie smollett· perjury· cook county

1:34:04 They don't have to mean like people in formation. Yeah, half the people are thinking that he was almost strong up which is Is even better because he's not a martyr you still saying? He's a icon. He's a he's a fighter. He's a rider That that's even better in their eyes So I guess we can go ahead and move on so now this is Kim Fox facing calls to resign I think I walked in Chicago. Let's stay in Chicago to get this story Cook County, Illinois District Attorney Kim Foxx facing calls for her resignation after allegedly lying about her contacts with Jussie Smollett family before she ultimately dropped the original charges against the actor Foxx said publicly she stopped talking to Smollett sister after he became a suspect

1:34:50 But a special prosecutor's report finds Fox continued communicating with her days after. Let's bring in former DOJ Prosecutor Jim Trustee I think this is quite amazing, I want to read from the retired Judge Sheila O'Brien who said Kim Fox should resign This report shows she is a liar that her administration is in chaos and that she's blaming everyone else She should resign taxpayers deserve better and Mrs. Preck Winkle, her mentor should take no part in replacing Fox. Cook County government needs to clean house." And basically this text showed that Smollett's sister and Fox were on communication and Fox says your brother should be fine as long as he stays consistent How does she stay in the job after this?

1:35:31 Yeah, maybe only in Cook County. I don't know. Look, Kim Fox is a progressive prosecutor who broke from the strength of the case to her contact with Jussie's sister to even Jussie Smollett's criminal record! They kept saying publicly he has no criminal record He had a DUI with, of all things, a false statement to police conviction That's a pretty material piece of information that they lied about Oh man. So this is where equity plays into it, even if he did it and its a hoax Stick to your story, Jesse or Juicy. We got you." You know what I'm saying? Just stick to it and now people wonder why Juicy is sticking to his story and seems like he's crazy. It was like we know what happened but he's not nope it didn't happen and its gaslighting. Yeah! Its gas lighting to people that know what happened or...we have surveillance information that proves what happened but he still saying nope I was attacked And the people in formation believe him

1:36:31 and just keeps gaslighting it, and they have their hand on the justice mechanism. So it's like hey you're good you just keep to your story And he is going to come out gold on the other side of this because To a certain segment of society He did what he had to do. Now what that is What he did Is a whole nother story or what was done to him We'll leave that as a cliffhanger but Let's go ahead and get into the second part of this clip. As in, keeping with that false story he should be okay. That's an amazing moment for a public official prosecutor to be coaching that If you see it that way and many others see it that way why does the state and county disagree? I mean last night Cook County in Illinois came out with this statement saying we disagree what the state has found against Kim Foxx Why?!

1:37:36 Yeah, I don't know what the political loyalties are there. I mean Cook County certainly has a well-earned reputation for political mischief but this is just outrageous to the citizens of Chicago you've got a chief law enforcement officer who is lying over and over again to cut a sweetheart deal for a two bit actor just because that's what she wants to do it has nothing to do with justice everything to do with personal favoritism And the lies are something that shouldn't be tolerated no matter which city you're in, no matter which state's attorney's office. Your chief law enforcement official should not be out there repeatedly lying about demonstrably false things. Well and the other thing is what about the breakdown in trust between

1:38:15 police officers out there with their lives on the line and prosecutors like Kim Foxx. Well, the celebrities, the actors and a lot of news folks are on camera in the very early days showing their support for Jussie Smollett and maybe Kim Foxx was right there with him we will see thank you nice to Jim trustee thanks You know I listened to that I'm so hopeful for America, but...I think we have to go through another round of massive bullcrap. You may be right about a new crime bill that this is so intentional! It's textbook! It really is. Their whole- Jussie was in a great spot because no matter what he's gonna land in a good spot

CHAPTER 32 / 55 Discussion

Soros Playbook, Alex Soros and Judicial Takeover

The hosts discuss the strategic takeover of the judicial system by the Soros family, noting a shift from George to Alex Soros. They argue that driving a wedge between district attorneys and police departments is a key component of a new playbook designed to destabilize traditional law and order.

george soros· alex soros· judicial system· law and order· psyops

1:39:06 Even if he just took one for the team, you know they got the story out there with this distraction Soros has his people in all the spots that he mean. This was a plan strategic takeover of the whole judicial system and as they were saying in this clip, they were saying what about the distrust between the cops and the DA? Between law and order right you have a law being or the legal system and then you have order being the law enforcement system. And there's a wedge driven there

1:39:41 Which, it couldn't turn out any better for Soros. And when I say Soros...I think the old man has sat down and this is his son's kid. Yeah This is a new playbook that's being played What's his name? Is it Andy Andrew? I think Alex I believe. Alex yeah yeah Alex Soros you're right That's the one we need to keep our eye on. A new playbook he's probably been running for awhile actually now that I think about it Right, and you see that. So before we get into the people that are supporting Jesse let's get into the people who are supporting us Yes! And what we're doing here is always explained at the top of our our donation segments.

Hall of Fam, Facts Family Peerage

The show introduces the "Hall of Fam," a peerage system for high-level donors based on family titles like brother, sister, aunt, and uncle. The hosts emphasize the community aspect of the "Facts Family" and distinguish between active producers and "deadbeats" who do not contribute.

hall of fam· peerage· family names· producers· deadbeats

1:50:01 Even Mo needs to take a little time off for the family. Mo Facts is simply the single best podcast available I love No Agenda and Joe Riffin, but it's not even close! 1:53:31 We do have a system that's going to be similar to the peerage. It's gonna be called the Hall of Fam, Facts Family for those people and because... The reason why it took so long is I didn't want to do anything this disingenuous. Lame or lame? Or lame right you know that kind of thing So what better way we are the facts family. The way i envision it and people can give us feedback on this just This is a meeting between me and Adam right now. So yes, I'm open to yes, I'm in agreement with this so far Yes, so when you hit the threshold he said a thousand I don't know if that's gonna be number yet But you've exceeded it if that's not the number already but it's gonna be the Hall of Fame and

1:54:18 and you're gonna be able to acknowledge yourself by a family name, where it's brothers, sister, aunt, uncle, cousin. And then I see as it progressed we have grand cousins, grand brothers, grandfathers, grand sisters whatever and then great-grand and that kind of thing on the family side of it so like I said that's the idea would love to hear y'all feedback but I didn't want to do anything lame You know that kinda thing We had some discussions suggestions, but it just popped in my head one day like Hall of Fam. So I love it. Yeah, I love the hall of fam is great home on a second and then this gonna come with some perks we got some other working on just hanging there with us Like I said been bombarded. Uh, I was working 60 hours a week doing my Day job and then doing the show and doing some other things. So 2022 is wide open

You choose one you tell me what you like Like a Scott Adams quiz would you rather be a deadbeats Would your rather be family or would you rather be a producer? Right, there's only three choices. Robert Steger is no deadbeat and he is our final associate executive producer for episode number 73 with MoFax with Adam Curry $50 no note but we know that he sends it with love and we appreciate that and thank you to everybody who supported the show

CHAPTER 35 / 55 Discussion

Amanda Seale, Noble Hoax Argument

Comedian Amanda Seale argues on "The Real" that even if the Smollett case was a hoax, it was "low-key noble" for bringing attention to racial issues. She invokes the name of Emmett Till to justify the use of taxpayer resources, a move the hosts criticize as a dangerous manipulation of historical trauma.

amanda seale· emmett till· the real· noble hoax· hate crimes

1:57:14 Again, mofax.com if you want to go directly to the donation page MoFundMe.com or check out one of those modern podcast apps where you can send us Bitcoin little pieces of it in real time as your listening so you kind of send the value as you receive the value that's newpodcastapps.com Thank You again for sponsoring episode number 73 All right, so now we got our support system out of the way. Now let's go into the people that were supporting Jussie Smollett one being Miss Amanda Seal and she said even if it was a hoax dot dot dot Chicago politics is ruthless okay? And I'm telling you this is more about Kim Foxx in that situation than Jussie they're just using Jussie as

1:58:01 Come on. Yeah, there was no victims they can't really prove it Thank you everything was even if it wasn't a hoax Even if it was a hoax This is really happening all the time and even if it was a host for the sake of bringing attention to this Then I'm like that's low-key noble. I'm just And about us centering situations like this and wanting to make people have to pay and it's like Emmett Till's accuser I think she's still alive. And this young man died and she announced that she was lying about it, they should have put the shackles on her that day! And she is walking around so no one was hurt in this situation nobody you know what they're mad about? Their time their resources being used. Taxpayers' resources are being used every day to imprison people who have done nothing but be an addict

1:58:57 So I don't want to hear about Jussie Smollett. Okay, but what if we have people that feel that well what if a hate crime really happens to me and now because of what Jussie Smollett did now they don't believe in you? If this one instance is what makes them not believe you baby that's a lie that they're telling ourselves We have lived in the nation where they don't believe hate crimes every day Wow! What show was this? This was on The Real Man, that's a dangerous show. And now you hear the power of lynching because she went and invoked the biggest name in lynching in modern history is Emmett Till. Emmett Till yeah. And that was her clean all kind of let me throw Emmett Till's name out here to get people to clap and you heard instantly the crowd went along with it. You have to explain Emmett Till

CHAPTER 36 / 55 Discussion

Emmett Till History, Selective Media Outrage

The hosts provide historical context on the 1955 murder of Emmett Till and its role in the Civil Rights Movement. They suggest that such stories were sometimes used selectively by media to drive the Great Migration and facilitate land theft in the South, while ignoring similar tragedies in Northern cities like Chicago.

emmett till· 1955· mississippi· great migration· land theft

1:59:44 Well Emmett Till was a young man that was vacationing in the South. He allegedly whistled at a white woman and a mob came to his house, carried him away killed him and threw him in a river with a cotton gin fan around his neck. His body was mangled and dismembered but his mother allowed the casket to be open for his funeral, which that the media ran with that story and those pictures. And it basically brought attention to the problems in the South now. Now let's just establish this was the 50s right? This is wrong. I think it would think it was earlier than that. I want to say it was the 20s or 30s if I'm not mistaken. I'm terrible with dates

2:00:33 Let me make sure I get that right. It was part of the great migration, the second wave... let me see you caught me flat-footed here Adam. No it's 55 excuse me what uh 55 you're right oh I see it here in their Wikipedia yeah okay yes So, um... Only ten years before I was born. Ten years before nine years. The reason why I got confused was they use stories like this lynching Emmett Till to drive people out of the South to the North in the Great Migration starting in 1914 because they needed us for World War One. But didn't this happen in Chicago?

2:01:11 No, no. He was actually from Chicago but he was vacationing in the south. Right right oh I remember he went down that dirt road and didn't listen Well what he did like i said wasn't aware of the customs of the South and allegedly whistled, that's what she was referring to. The white woman should have been locked up for getting Emmett Till killed but I want to say this... Wait a minute! Yes? The white woman did what else did she do besides getting whistled at? She said that he whistled her now story was that he didn't whistle at her

2:01:50 So it's some gray area there. But the point I want to make is, this is the selective even in 1955, the selected outrage of media because at the same time Emmett Till was being killed in the South and highly publicized they say the South is bad which I think they were really trying to drive the black people out of the south to get their land away from them by using terror and then driving into the city centers fostered a no man in the house, that kind of thing. Replacing the father with the state as the father and at same time there was a young man in public beach, public segregated beach in Chicago that floated from the black side to the white side he was basically stoned and drowned and nobody's ever heard this story so I'm just saying they say they selectively use... And this is something we'll cover on our future show on lynching but

2:02:46 Emmett Till is the trump card when you want to play the lynching hand. And that's what she did there, which I find very disgusting because one let me just say this Amanda Seale has a couple of hoaxes or alleged hoaxes under her belt what she done with a guy named Myron Rowe, he was an NFL player and a Rhodes Scholar And she outed him basically as a sexual predator, which is not true. And she did it on Charlamagne and the Guard show. Basically I didn't say his name but how many NFL players are Rhodes Scholars? Not many! Right so you basically said his name but then she was later called out for it But that goes to show their mentality Long as its for the greater good they don't care how they use

CHAPTER 37 / 55 Discussion

Amanda Seale, Justifying Method Acting

Amanda Seale continues to defend Jussie Smollett, suggesting his actions were merely "method acting gone wrong" and that he should not face prison time. The hosts argue this mentality is a byproduct of the "Soros sister" prosecution style that allows criminals to return to the neighborhoods they terrorize.

amanda seale· punishment· probation· method acting· soros sisters

2:03:41 They just don't care. Yeah, they don't they don't care at all because you can invoke the kind of support that she got off from the crowd when she said Emmett Till's name that was to clean it up so still with some of the hosts they were like well I don't know about that Amanda and then she doubled down on the next clip Every single day. Sure, sure. But I just want to ask because Jesse is the like it is huge nationwide news because he's famous so if it was a hoax what do you think is the correct punishment? Or do you think he should be punished? They got murderers on probation Gina! Sure but I'm asking about Jesse Smollett. I'm asking about that because you said it was low key noble. He literally should be like... He should be applauded

2:04:26 Damn, they got smacks on the wrist for all these people and they can't give a smack on the wrist to Jussie Smollett? Because they're saying that it's a whole big thing. I don't believe it. And we look at black men who are constantly getting the book thrown at them all the time! All the time! Oh now the black man is hella helpful. We're in political football and this is what we saw in 2020, and she was the one who was telling them I don't care what the candidate is she caped hard for Kamala just go vote basically she was the one

2:05:02 Her and Angela Rye was two of the most vocal people to force black people to go vote Democratic in shaming tactics or whatnot. So that goes to show you, even if Jussie is a hoax there are a group of people out there that see him as a hero and that was the point of that set up. No no low-key noble Low-key noble. Yes, great t-shirt I love it That's that but you know what she's also including herself to say well if I threw a black man under the bus For being a predator even if he isn't there are black men their predators out there so I'm low key noble Yeah, so she was she was even Subconsciously, I believe letting herself off the hook

2:05:48 For what she's had done in the past, but she's already using the situation that the Soros sisters have created with this You know slap on the wrist go home Well, she's using it as the justification. But they're the source of the problem. Hello? We don't want murderers to get slaps on their wrists. That's what we meant that's the whole problem because where do they live? They're not going into your neighborhood. They're coming back home to the neighborhoods that you know- They terrorize. And terrorize right with so this is weird thing and are using terror to let terror off the hook which is a very

2:06:25 She's very evil. Evil! Let's just call it evil." "...and a mind screw, is the complete mind screw... So now we have to get into who are the Smolletts? I have the untold truth of The Smollett Family..." Jake, Jazz, Jussie, Janee, Jockey and JoJo — some are stuck in scandal, some are rising stars… and all of them are pretty good cooks. Here's everything you need to know about The Smollett Family. We have arrived!" The Smollett siblings are the children of Joel Smollett Sr., a Russian-Polish Jew, and Jeanette Smollett, an African American from New Orleans. The couple moved around a lot when the kids were young, alternating between the East and West Coasts. According to a 2020 interview by Essence with Jazz & Jake...

CHAPTER 38 / 55 Discussion

Smollett Family History, Activism and Hollywood

The Smollett siblings were raised in a household deeply rooted in activism, with their mother being close friends with Black Panther leaders like Bobby Seale and Angela Davis. Jurnee Smollett, the most successful actor in the family, began her career as a child on "Full House" and has remained a prominent activist throughout her life.

jurnee smollett· black panthers· bobby seale· angela davis· full house

2:07:08 They relocated between states as many as 13 times. Jeannette Smollett and her late husband, Joel Smollett Sr., were activists that rubbed shoulders with everyone from the co-founders of the Black Panther Party to the most prominent civil rights leaders on their day. In a 2016 interview, Jussie Smollett told The New York Times, "[My mom was in the movement with Bobby Seale and Huey Newton.] And one of her first mentors was Julian Bond." To this day, Angela Davis is one of her dearest friends — we've spent Mother's Day with Angela! The company that the Smolletts like to keep clearly rubbed off on their children, because they've been protesting pretty much their whole lives. According to Journey, she was five years old when she joined her mom at a first protest — she was out in the street holding a sign when the Los Angeles cops who beat Rodney King were acquitted on assault charges.

2:07:53 She told The Hollywood Reporter that she was even allowed to see the film Malcolm X when it was still in theaters. As she put it, More recently, the Smollett siblings have lent their support to the Black Lives Matter movement by attending marches and protests. Actor Alfie Woodard who worked with the siblings at the non-profit Artists for a New South Africa told The New York Times, This is all true? Yes, the mother rubbed shoulders with the Black Panthers which and With all the infiltration going over there. It's amazing how these people rub shoulder with a black panther But they're still free I wonder how that works out but Yeah, so did you heard they've been activists yeah From their wee days i'm sure they were saying

2:08:48 It's got lineage man. Jesse's got, hold on... I have that here where is that? Freedom! There it is Thank you sir So we see it's this ilk of so-called people brought up in the system of activism from a very early age, Kamala being warned by her own testimony. And then we see Jesse and Journey which Journey I think is the biggest star in the family And I see Jesse being like the Fredo in the family kind of thing. He can never be bigger than his sister, right? Well even then he could never be bigger than his sister! His sister has a significant catalog of stuff she started from a very early age. What's her name again?

2:09:43 Johnny Smollett, she was the black girls that played in full house. Oh Wow Michelle's friend goes back that far and then her cat I mean she's play opposite of Denzel Washington Samuel Jackson What's the drawing blanks now? Alfred Alfre Woodard. What's the other lady's name to play Tina Turner? I'm drawing a blank Angela Bassett another she played opposite all of these celebrities so she has chops

2:10:22 And I think like, she is the real star of the family. She's also been in a lot of kind of like vampire occultish type TV shows Twilight Zone... Oh yeah! She's a very dark person. True Blood Yeah it's very... which we're gonna get that maybe in The Lost Tapes on that side because there are lots of stuff they wouldn't translate through audio but With that said, let's see. We stopped at... We're at 24. Okay we're at 24. Ah yes Kim Fox and her buddies Yes let's go ahead and get into that one uh and find out a new name in the story No one can speak for a woman like a woman

CHAPTER 39 / 55 Discussion

Tina Tchen, Michelle Obama Connection

Tina Tchen, former chief of staff to Michelle Obama, is revealed to have contacted Kim Foxx on behalf of the Smollett family. The hosts discuss the optics of high-level political figures intervening in a local criminal investigation and the tight-knit circle surrounding the Obamas.

tina tchen· michelle obama· fbi· smollett family· optics

2:11:04 Despite the public backlash and accusations from as high up as the mayor that Jussie Smollett's celebrity influence and power played a role in the charges against him being dropped, Kim Foxx maintains that his case was not treated any differently than similar cases. I'm Tina Chen. Um, I am formerly Chief of Staff to First Lady Michelle Obama and um, I was also the Executive Director of the White House Council on Women and Girls for President Obama. Tina Chen former chief of staff to Michelle Obama reached out to Kim Foxx on behalf of the Smollett family saying they have concerns about the investigation in the exchanges Foxx seen trying to get the case turned over to the FBI

2:11:48 Texting Chen, I make no guarantees but i'm trying. Yeah this was a great little piece of the whole story that never really got the follow-up it certainly deserved Oh, well we're gonna do it now. So Tina Tchen I have to make this one thing and when we say stuff like this We gotta be clear that you- we do sometimes but we have to be clearer We're not talking about people personally But just the optics of people on how they are portrayed in the media And one thing i noticed is these women around Michelle Obama aka Big Mesh Have very large faces and heads

2:12:27 Kim Fox has a very large head Tina Tchen has a very low. I mean like abnormally large, I'm just saying without saying um but Let's go ahead again. No. I'm just what is it? Like what is that? I don't know what that is Um could be a lot of things. I don't know but um let's see so Tina Tchen we brought her into the story So week lets go back up a little bit and we heard about Journey Smollett and Jesse Smollett being active in the Time's Up, which I believe is the co-opting of the Me Too movement by Oprah. I have some facts later that you were saying it lends to that analysis and let's go ahead and get into the co-opting of The Time's Up movement then we'll work our way back into Journey Smollett working with The Time's Up movement. In 1944 Recy Taylor was a young wife

CHAPTER 40 / 55 Discussion

Recy Taylor, Co-opting Me Too

Oprah Winfrey uses the story of Recy Taylor to launch the Time's Up movement at the Golden Globes. The hosts argue this was a deliberate attempt by Hollywood elites to co-opt the grassroots Me Too movement and install a "leaderless" but highly managed structure.

recy taylor· rosa parks· oprah winfrey· me too· time's up

2:13:23 and a mother. She was just walking home from her church service she'd attended in Abbeville, Alabama when she was abducted by six armed white men raped and left blindfolded by the side of the road coming home from church. She lived as we all have lived too many years in a culture broken by brutally powerful men For too long, women have not been heard or believed if they dared to speak their truth to the power of those men. But their time is up."

2:14:06 That Recy Taylor died knowing that her truth, like the truth of so many other women who were tormented in those years and even now tormented goes marching on. It was somewhere in Rosa Parks' heart almost 11 years later when she made the decision to stay seated on that bus in Montgomery and it's here with every woman who chooses to say me too! And every man Every man who chooses to listen. The new day is arising! And when that new day fully dawns, because of a lot of magnificent women many of whom are right here in this room tonight and some pretty men fighting hard

2:15:05 that they become the leaders who take us to the time when nobody ever has to say, me too again. Thank you! So yeah so... Nobody will say Me Too Again I think this was the co-opting of the Me Too movement, sort of how Black Lives Matter co-opted the grassroots movement of ADOS slash Foundational Blacks. 100%. This was Oprah coming in cleaning up because you know you had the Maxwell, Jalee Maxwell case if I pronounced that right? Also Harvey Weinstein everything was going on. Everything was lingering out there like we can't have this grass roots out here let's go ahead and

CHAPTER 41 / 55 Discussion

Seal vs. Oprah, Hollywood Hypocrisy

Singer Seal criticizes Oprah Winfrey for her past association with Harvey Weinstein, sharing a meme that calls out Hollywood hypocrisy. After facing backlash and being told to "stay in his lane," Seal backtracks, leading the hosts to discuss the "sunken place" and the pressure on celebrities to remain in alignment with industry leaders.

seal· harvey weinstein· stacey dash· sunken place· get out

2:15:55 switch gears from me too to Tom's up and we'd be in a position of control. And it was Alyssa Milano whose husband is an agent at, what's the big agency? William Morris I think so it was a lot of William Morris clients and people oh yeah it was very managed very managed So much so that Seal came out and used a meme to criticize Oprah in Time's Up. After Oprah's speech at the Golden Globes, people have tried to make the claim that she knew about Harvey Weinstein's criminal acts. Even the singer Seal shared this meme which has photos of Oprah and Harvey together and it says when you've been part of the problem for decades but suddenly they all think you are the solution. That seems like a pretty direct dig

2:16:43 at Oprah, no? It really does. Yes it is in those photos yes we also wrote oh I forgot that's right you heard the rumors but he had no idea who was actually serially assaulting young starry-eyed actresses who in turn had no idea what they were getting into my bad but wait! Ooh sanctimonious Hollywood that's a hashtag right there sure long hashtag But now Seal says he wasn't dissing Oprah at all Come on amount of respect. What did seal say? He's not this over at all. But now, he'll says he wasn't missing Oprah at all. Come on. Respect for everything that Oprah has achieved and contributed in her life

2:17:32 What I reposted was not an attack on Oprah at all. She just happened to be the person photographed with the pig in the picture, no what I reposted was commentary on the hypocritical and double standard nature and behavior of Hollywood so Fox News back off Don't try and use me as a pawn against Oprah, and in any of your political games. And Stacey Dash keep my name out of your mouth! Do not retweet, re-quote anything I have said in order to reinforce your self hating agenda You live in the sunken place Again this was not an attack against Oprah Wow you know

2:18:19 You rarely hear Seal speak and I-and Seal was a cool dude. You know, he's like just to see it was like cool man. I supermodel and she had divorced her. I don't need her Yeah, just a she's like oh man and now you hear him talk like that It loses cool points that phone is very powerful The meme he posted had Oprah is a very famous picture of Oprah with the white actress and Harvey Weinstein, like he's she's basically handing this actress over to Harvey. Yeah here you go Harvey Like a handle-like type thing so how could you get that confused? But then he does his pivot chicken squat kind of thing it is not it's not pivot He does this chicken squat kind of thing they say To try to pick on uh Stacy Dash which they love to kick these people around and I'm not taking up Stacey Dash because she has her own issues

2:19:20 that she's dealing with and she does, she is an opportunist you know what I'm saying to win brownie points with the conservative side whenever she can but to say are you living in a sunken place basically saying yeah that is a throwback to the movie uh get out When the white person took over the black person's body and the black actor would go into the sunken place where he had no control, that's what he is alluding to when he says... Oh! That's a pretty good slam. I hadn't heard that. Right. I didn't catch that. Okay It's a backhanded way of saying you're controlled by white people so that's what he is saying Has anyone else used that term? Whenever you hear that term sunken place it's an allusion to the movie Get Out

2:20:03 Okay. And, and the spoiler alert in the plot of the movie I've seen it. Yeah so you get the point when that's Like you're being co-opted on a biological, personal level. And that's what he did and I think it was very chicken squat because it's like bruh You know what you said? You got the call! You had to back off of it They say hey do you want some more scar seal? Hey you better get right Wow I'm sorry But hey thats how to boot Don't get it twisted to get a man that's your size. But that's my point, why did the boule not just actually string Jesse up? It would have worked! No it's messy if you do it that way then you got dead bodies, cameras... This ain't 1964 and Kennedy no more everything is gonna be psyops Yeah true this was like the birth of We're the good old guys who just hang someone up and just do it for reals to make a point

2:21:04 Well, no. It's systematic now and that's the whole point I've been trying to make out of 73 episodes is no more stringing up. No. Just using the trauma, using information in media to do it Well, we saw it happen to seal. Yeah, it's like stay in your life staying you'll stay in line boy You better stand line you're saying that those are the real Lynch mom now To make a man I can say of his stature physically and you're saying financially and celebrity too not only backtracked, but he did a disgusting way to do it this saying I Wasn't talking about Oprah. You just twisted my word brothers know other house reposting. I was reposting you don't understand Retweet is not my opinion Right bullcrap So that's seal his bullet phone moment But now we're gonna get into Tina Tien and Michelle Obama's former chief of staff and she announces her new position at times up

CHAPTER 42 / 55 Discussion

Time's Up Leadership, Tina Tchen Appointment

Tina Tchen is appointed as the new leader of Time's Up following a leadership shake-up. She discusses the organization's mission to provide legal defense for victims of sexual harassment, though the hosts remain skeptical of the group's true purpose and its ties to the Democratic establishment.

tina tchen· cbs this morning· andrew cuomo· sexual harassment· legal defense fund

2:22:02 The Time's Up movement came to life nearly two years ago when more than 300 powerful women in Hollywood took a stand against sexual harassment in the workplace. Its mission is to ensure equity and safety in the workplace across all industries It's responding to survivors who came forward through the Me Too Movement CBS Corporation donated $20 million last year to advocacy groups working to end sexual harassment in the workplace, including Time's Up. Only on CBS this morning, Time's Up is announcing the organization's new leader... She is here at the table! Good morning. Tina Tchen, just slipping in we like that. She's co-founder of Time's Up Legal Defense Fund and the former chief of staff to First Lady Michelle Obama. Tina Tchen joins us first on CBS this morning congratulations and welcome. Oh thank you thank you I could not be more thrilled to take this job Why are you thrilled? Because there has been a couple of hiccups

2:23:00 Four months ago we had to make a change at the top and now you are here. What's your biggest challenge? I want to know why you're so thrilled, I saw you back when you were getting ready and thrilled would be the word to describe you. Thrilled it is well Gail i've been living these issues my whole life. I've been a single working mom my entire career working in places like law firms and the White House So I've seen the issues that women confront in workplaces. What? I've been active in advocating for policy change, so just a couple of weeks ago folks from Time's Up were with Governor Cuomo when he signed the New York safety agenda that changed laws here in New York you know to help protect victims of sexual assault Okay okay hold on hold on a second So first of all wow that was...so the shake-up was uh I didn't realize that Kaplan was uh was the CEO of Time's Up

2:23:57 Yep. It had to go and they bring 18 to shin. Jeez, and what's interesting is that this is some kind of award like oh congratulations it's so great so fantastic I gotta look into this group Is this a non-profit or do we... This is a curry cash investigation must commence on this Of course you're gonna need a curry cash check ASAP on this But yeah, and now we get to listen to Tina Chan and Journey Smollett do their mind control of these poor women. And this was at the United States Women's Summit back in 2018. It's a long clip like I said before two minutes 16 seconds so stop feel free to stop where you want. Please welcome Tina Chan and Journey Smollett. Woo!

CHAPTER 44 / 55 Discussion

Jurnee Smollett, South Africa and Mentors

Jurnee Smollett discusses her path from child actor to activist, citing mentors like Samuel L. Jackson and her mother's influence. She recounts a trip to South Africa to build wells, which the hosts interpret as a "test run" for communist-leaning social engineering projects.

jurnee smollett· jemele hill· south africa· samuel l. jackson· alfre woodard

2:30:06 They're doing the same thing. If you're a lawyer, come on and donate your time! Donate your talent! That's what they are saying to them This thing has been around since 2014 They started off with 10 million bucks This is big. There is some Big Pig Goldman Sachs people on here Wow thanks I gotta go look at these jermokes Well, let's get into Journey Smollett activism now. And this is her talking to Jamil Hill about the path from being a child actor to being an activist. Was there something that you saw or experienced in South Africa where this light bulb went off? So many things I've been volunteering with

2:30:51 non-profit called Artists for New South Africa since I was 12. And it was, you know...I was inspired by so many people. My mom is an activist, so I come from that spirit there wasn't going to be no other option but to be active in my family right? But watching my village, you know, this village of mentors who were artists and activists like Samuel L Jackson and Alfre Woodard and Blair Underwood and Latonya Richardson, these people who you know, were as active in front of the camera as they were off. You know and we're really able to use their platform in any way they could to be changemakers and so I was their youngest board member and They were taking a delegation Of them and a bunch of other folks going to South Africa to build some wells In some of the townships And just do more on-the ground work

2:31:43 And I was broke. There was no chance in hell my broke ass, you know, is gonna be able to go! You know? Like my family we grew up so poor okay like it don't matter if we were on TV or not like we have real poverty issues. Alright alright couple things one she sounds just like Kamala That last bit there, I'm gonna replay this last couple of seconds here. In fact it's when she code switches when she goes you know we are at par! I ain't tired no more!

2:32:24 I was broke. I mean, there's no chance in hell my broke ass you know is gonna be able to go. Okay like how poor were ya? okay that's one two when you're doing work in South Africa the people who are suppressed in South Africa are the white people so I'm not sure who she's helping There's this, there's this uh... Small thing. Well hold on! We gotta go back! What was the thing called? Race something concili- uh what is it um Reconciliation and In South Africa Yeah what's the thing called race and reconciliation or something like that? Well they took away the white farmers farms Hellooo That's what they wanna do here! Yeah

CHAPTER 45 / 55 Discussion

The Great Debaters, Radicalism in Film

The film "The Great Debaters," produced by Oprah Winfrey, features a character played by Denzel Washington who organizes sharecroppers. The hosts highlight the film's open embrace of radicalism and unionization, linking it to real-world historical efforts to organize black farmers in the South.

denzel washington· the great debaters· oprah winfrey· communism· sharecroppers

2:33:13 That's the groundwork. We put in some wells and some other groundwork, you know? Yeah that's where they go to do these test runs at to come back with the communist ideas that they have and run them here. And with that said let's go ahead and get into... Okay speaking of communists okay now I gotta set this clip up right. So Journey Smolek played in this movie called The Great Debaters with Denzel Washington and Forrest Whitaker, it was produced or either funded by Oprah and it's about this black debate team at this rural HBCU and Denzel plays his kind of change agent

2:34:11 And I'll let him explain his role more, but less. I think I set it up well So let's go ahead and get into the great debaters clip Jesus was a radical Congratulations Mel thank you your foot is on the map around this son is doing a great job as researchers impeccable That's good to hear Good to hear listen There are people around town one very happy But your off-campus activities. They call you a radical, in fact I wouldn't be a bit surprised to find out one morning when i woke up that you were strung up to a tree. You'd have to catch me first! This is serious Melvin very serious A hungry negro steals the chicken he goes to jail

2:34:55 A rich businessman steals bonds, he goes to Congress. I think that's wrong." Now if that makes me a radical? A socialist? A communist? So be it! Amen on that. Jesus was a radical. Careful! Yes He was. Jesus was a radical. Mental institutions are filled with people who have confused themselves with Jesus Christ. Oh you convinced of Jesus Christ now?! You convinced of Jesus Christ!? You know what words do! Okay... Come on now! Amen! Don't want to confuse yourself with Jesus Christ No I'm not confused, I'm convinced I'm not judging you. I'm just concerned about your methods I haven't seen this movie and now i do want to see it. So now you hear the politics infiltrating the art, once again this was produced by Oprah starring Joni Smollett and to bring Oprah back into it, let's go back to clip number 16 and listen to me for the last 30 seconds

2:35:52 Because what he's being accused of let me just why you looking for that clean. I got it. I'm good Okay, let me explain explains who while um? I'm bringing this up Denzel was a professor But at the same time, he was having these meetings at night with the farmers trying to get them to unionize and basically communist ideas for right or wrong. I mean however you want to look at it but let's go back and play that in maybe last 30 seconds of 16 and you'll see where i'm going with this. And because he was doing that the plantation owners- Further back? Yeah just a little bit

2:36:32 Yes, that's right. This was a minister, Reverend T.A. Allen who began talking to sharecroppers about their rights and because he was doing that the plantation owners, the landowners got together and they lynched him and the proof they used that he was somebody worthy of lynching is when they found his body He had a piece of paper that talked about sharecropper rights and the other piece of paper he had in his suit jacket was a note that said, every man a king. A lot of these folks were lynched because they showed too much dignity They showed too much humanity. He just wanted to be respected as a human being and it got him hanged Every Man a King

CHAPTER 46 / 55 Discussion

Communism and Civil Rights, Predictive Programming

The discussion explores the historical links between the Communist Party and the Civil Rights Movement. The hosts suggest that films like "The Great Debaters" served as "predictive programming" to prepare the American public for the rise of Barack Obama as a community organizer.

communism· civil rights· hosea hudson· barack obama· community organizer

2:37:18 Yeah, but no. But he was actually lynched for trying to unionize or organize the farmers in the South which Denzel's character and The Great Debaters were doing the same thing And that is why you can call me a socialist, a communist whatever Jesus Christ was radical So they're basically playing this out which takes us back to show 43 and how communism brought racial equality to the South. How did you get interested in this topic? And as I mentioned, it is a sensitive topic because there are those for decades who've worked to tamp down the suggestion that anybody in the civil rights movement was attracted to the Communist Party at all! Exactly and this is a story that actually predates the Civil Rights Movement as we know it going back to the 1930's

2:38:08 I became interested in this as a doctoral dissertation back in the mid-80s when I was very active in a lot of social movements, actually in the LA area. And I wanted to know how the Communist Party organized African Americans, particularly in places where black people were the majority. And there I discovered a very vibrant movement that very few people wrote about. There basically were two stories—one memoir by a man named Hosea Hudson and then another story in a book called All God's Dangers which was about an African American sharecropper

2:38:47 All that's dangerous the life of Nate Shaw. I remember that exactly but his real name was Ned Cobb. He shot was a pseudonym and it's a beautiful book that tells his life story only a portion of it deals with this membership in The communist-led sharecroppers Union which at one point had about 12,000 members In the black belt counties of Alabama and we're all the members black Well in Alabama, there was a point when basically all the members except one were all african-american sharecroppers and tenant farmers I Remember this. I remember this episode now and it's like

2:39:25 Because it was, I think we probably talked about this during the BLM riots? Yes. Maybe around that time and then to learn that the communist message was used to organize blacks in the South and the same communist message is organizing the Black Lives Matter movement, the political movement... You know, it's like how long have they been putting all this stuff together? It never stops. They keep on building building blocks building blocks maybe this time it'll work They get knocked down they go back they reform you're saying reformulate the plan and they come back again That's the whole point and for this movie to be made I think a great debate was in maybe 2015 If I'm not mistaken somewhere around there. It was Early to mid-2007

2:40:14 excuse me, it was early than that pre-Obama. For them to come out openly and then say that line you can call me a communist or a socialist That was like...that was a whole big deal because as you heard in the last clip, to be associated with communism was very...associate the civil rights movement with communism was very standoffish at the time The timing works quite well actually. Could this not have been some predictive programming getting everybody ready for the community organizer to come in 2008?

2:40:52 Exactly. So you're gonna hear things like, just to add to your point since you allied Alma Upton on home You're gonna hear the thing about this guy and him having social socialist ties or communist ideas But you know what? No it was you know The civil rights move is really based in communism if you look at it It was a changing of the times and this is the same thing now It's just changing of the times, of what we're seeing here. So yeah so I just wanted to point that out that Oprah once again she set this whole thing up for Kamala She had the lynching she had the Me Too was wrapped up you know saying nice little bow on it all Kamala had to do was hit her spots

CHAPTER 47 / 55 Discussion

Andrew Cuomo Scandal, Time's Up Collapse

The resignation of Andrew Cuomo leads to the downfall of Time's Up leaders Tina Tchen and Roberta Kaplan, who were found to have advised Cuomo's team on how to discredit his accusers. The hosts argue this proves Time's Up was a "front organization" designed to protect powerful predators rather than support survivors.

andrew cuomo· tina tchen· roberta kaplan· front organization· survivors

2:41:37 and hit her lines, and she literally couldn't not didn't know her lines and couldn't stop bumping into the furniture. The two rules you need to know as an actor. Yeah just let it soak in that Joe Biden's a better presidential candidate than her yeah That's all you need to know about who they were trying to drag across the finish line. So with that said, we heard Tina Tchen bring up Cuomo. Yes this is a good little piece that never got highlighted of course It's been almost a month since New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced he would resign, after a report by the state attorney general's office found he sexually harassed multiple women. Since then, a cascade of firings and resignations have brought down leaders in the women's movement caught in Cuomo's orbit.

2:42:29 On Monday, Alfonso David was fired as president of the Human Rights Campaign. That follows resignations by Tina Tchen, the chief executive at Time's Up, an organization focused on supporting women in the workplace, along with Roberta Kaplan at The Time's Up Legal Defense Fund and a number of the group's board members. all left after revelation that they had advised Cuomo's team on how to respond to the allegations. The news raises questions about the progress of the Me Too movement and where to go from here, nearly four years after the hashtag went viral in 2017. Oh, that's right I did know about this yeah we're too busy with you know the COVID people dying business but yeah

2:43:15 Oh my goodness a complete front organization to actually protect, protect the assholes. And we saw this with Lisa Bloom uh Gloria Allred, KKK The Red Queen's daughter where her mom was running the Bill Cosby women's movement Operation, getting that team together while on the back side she was giving Harvey Weinstein advice from the back end. So this is my issue with the whole situation

2:43:56 If it was on the face value, you could say okay I'm all for it. But its always a scam! It's always a sca- it's always that we're gonna come in hijacking. No, I see it differently! The wheels were coming off the party train and they needed to have a counter vehicle These people were advising people these are lawyers this is a lawyer legal defense fund It's under the Women's Law Center They were advising the actual predators That's why this group exists It wasn't even to hijack it. It was to protect and defend! That's my point, to hijack it to protect and defend Like this Me Too thing is something in the wild that you can't control No no we gotta get our aunt the same thing with ADOS No no we can't have ADOS out here floating around or Foundation of Blacks We need Black Lives Matter So what do you do? You call them bots

2:44:59 And then you bring in Black Lives Matter because they have the greater works that they're working on here and nothing can stand in the way even if it's low-key noble. But Tina Tchen just says, You know what? It's a blind spot. Oh yes of course Instead of an office that wanted to do the right thing in responding to survivors coming forward they wanted to do the very opposite which was Go after survivors to try to denigrate their stories, to try to put a lid on this. That is the entire opposite of what we're seeing in our communities today.

2:45:36 what I thought it was dealing with and why I would have actually ever even offered advice in that circumstance. And, you know also say what i think is revealed but in the New York Attorney General's report is apparently we were being used as cover right? We were being used to say Time's Up is working with us on this which we never work Wow, like she didn't know that. Oh wow! Oh man... What a phony She's just the dumb lady you know I was used. Cromo used me too The abuser is abused by the abusees and i was abused to Yeah, I'm just another victim of Cromo That's all it is Of course

2:46:20 So that's why, not to be self-important but these conversations peel back the layers off of you hear Jussie smell it. You think you know what's going on but there are so many missing pieces that's propping him up. And the other side knows that, they know that okay we keep the attack on Jussie, We keep the story of the Sorrell sisters in play, like I said even they said it was more about Kim Fox and Jussie Smollett but its more about these DA's and the power they have and division has happened between law and order as of law enforcement so both sides understand this very interesting So this is why its important people continue to support the show

CHAPTER 48 / 55 Discussion

Final Producer Credits, Vaccine Mandate Discussion

The hosts conclude the donation segment by thanking individual producers and discussing the "Nextel chirp" cultural phenomenon. They also mention upcoming "secret projects" and reiterate their support for those resisting vaccine mandates in the workplace.

CHAPTER 49 / 55 Discussion

Gay Tupac, Jussie Smollett Performance

Jussie Smollett's self-identification as the "gay Tupac" during a post-attack performance is met with ridicule. The hosts discuss the intense loyalty of Tupac's fanbase and how Smollett's attempt to tap into that legacy backfired, even drawing criticism from Charlamagne Tha God.

tupac shakur· gay tupac· empire· charlamagne tha god· fandom

2:55:10 Alright, so we thought the third rail was them minimalizing or trivializing lynching. Well there's one person- There is another third rail in this so called black community that you don't play with and that's Tupac. And when Jussie called himself the gay Tupac... Yeah! That's when he jumped a shark I don't know who's handling him, but take his phone away from here. Clearly the same person who is handling Kamala. It has to be because... They got the same instructions just whatever it is just use Tupac they love Tupac always works and that's why he makes the perfect mascot

2:55:52 are representative for this whole debacle of this 2020 campaign for Kamala Harris. Because when he came out and said this, even Charlamagne Tha God- Guard excuse me had to have to take I have one for when it first happened and then he goes back and does more in a recent update. And like a few months ago, so let's go ahead and get into number 32 first this is the first one all right now Jesse Smollett has performed after being attacked on Tuesday He performed on Saturday. He said I had to be here tonight check it out. I went to the doctor immediately

2:56:30 Frank Gatson drooled me, I was not hospitalized. Both my doctors in LA and Chicago cleared me to perform but said to take care obviously and above all, I fought back. So this was in LA and he did address the incident in Chicago, he told the crowd that he's okay Investigating I don't know why just these lawyer doesn't want him to talk. I also want to know why Jesse He was reading those points that he made on the stage off the paper And I want to know what the hell Tupac got to do with any of this Okay That seemed like a line straight out of Empire. I'm the gay Tupac I mean I get around would have been a totally different record if Tupac was gay by the way Wow Do you want it?

2:57:09 So you can hear You don't play with Tupac's name. No, that's why they invoke it the way they do because they know there is a I Don't think there's any fan base as loyal and fervent as Tupac fans across racial divides to generational divide Racial divides i'm telling you in that Tupac thing

2:58:04 That is the rabbit hole of all rabbit holes that I don't even feel qualified enough to Venture down just yet because whoo when you go down that thing. I mean even to his death people think to this day He's alive. Oh, yeah, so that lets you know it's It's fascinating, no the fandom around that and now I think Jussie want to tap into that. To say you know I need fans like him and you heard the fans reply when he said it When he said you know saying i'm a gay 2Pac Right They ate up with two spoons so

CHAPTER 50 / 55 Discussion

Charlamagne Tha God, Method Acting Joke

Charlamagne Tha God jokes about the Smollett trial, calling the hoax "method acting gone wrong" and suggesting Smollett should only receive probation. The segment highlights the shift in public opinion as the details of the staged attack became widely known.

charlamagne tha god· jamal lyon· white lie· probation· entertainment

2:58:50 So, that was the original take. Anything you want to say before we get into the most recent take? No I'm good. So this is Charlamagne Tha Gard again and this is a few months ago speaking on Jussie Smollett being The Gay Tupac My guy former Empire star Jussie Smollett aka the self-proclaimed gay Tupac. Gay Tupac is a great name because Jussie's career as live as Tupac is Wow. It just depends what you believe he could be alive, it could be a lot alright? Just is on trial for allegedly Jamal lying about a hate crime attack in 2019 okay if convicted He can face up to three years for allegedly did... What did he say?

2:59:37 Jamal Lyon? For allegedly, Jamal Lyon is his character on Empire. Ah okay I got it Let me stop while we stop here was very politicized and very demonizing of black men the way he was treated by his father. And i'll just leave with that but even in that show he was used as a political tool It just depends what you believe! He could be alive or couldn't be alive alright Now, Jussie is on trial for allegedly Jamal lying about a hate crime attack in 2019. Okay? If convicted he could face up to three years in prison and I'm calling bullshit on that! Alright drop the charges give him probation but three years in prison alright this wasn't a hoax just method acting gone wrong. So what he told a little white lie to the police who doesn't lied to the police y'all lied to the police all right

3:00:29 And I can hear some of y'all now. Well, he didn't just lie to the police He lied to the black community maybe but what don't lie in his community? Okay Sometimes we make up shit for entertainment purposes Nyla do I make up shit all the time all the time Okay, but for entertainment purposes alright hey Jussie gay Tupac Keep your head up Now All right, so you heard the crowd. Yeah You know how that thing say is it too soon? What we're uh 1996 So yeah It's still too soon to make a Tupac death joke Especially in the time that we live in where you know people are not even warm They still warm and people make jokes about them But you don't play with that Tupac name So I just wanted to give that perspective of it. Um

CHAPTER 51 / 55 Discussion

Panther 21, Government Infiltration

The history of the "Panther 21" trial reveals extensive government infiltration of the Black Panther Party, with undercover agents often driving the violent plots they later prosecuted. The hosts draw parallels between Tupac's mother, Afeni Shakur, and Jussie Smollett's mother, Jeanette, regarding their ties to the movement.

afeni shakur· panther 21· undercover agents· battle of algiers· dynamite

3:01:28 But so we didn't, we have to ask the question. Is Jussie Smuts... This is where we humanize this! Oh man all right I know where this is going. Ah shit Moe shit you did it again see after 73 episodes now as I can see the end like I can see it just before it gets hit in the face You guys haven't seen it yet but because I remember episodes episodes episodes okay I know what this is great Man, man this brings it full circle. Is Jesse Smollett the gay Tupac? Question mark 34 One morning armed police stormed into Afeni Shakur's apartment and arrested her All the other members of her cell were also arrested They were charged with what the government said was a giant plan to destroy those elements of society which the defendants call The Power Structure

3:02:25 It included attacking police stations and planning to bomb five large department stores, and the Bronx Botanical Gardens. They became known as the Panther 21 Their trial was held in a state of paranoia about further attacks by the Panthers but it also caused a sensation when it was revealed that three of the founding members of the group had been undercover police officers What was stranger, was that some of those officers seemed to have been unaware that there were other undercover agents in the cell. Oh man... Tupac's mom? Was a Black Panther. So wait a minute Is there some system That takes radical parents and has them

3:03:24 Brainwash their kids into becoming activists. I mean Betty is it Betty Shakur and mine Is that her first name Betty? No a feeny Athena Shakur Athena Shakur with Tupac And then Jussie's mom, what was her name? What was her name once again anyway Same panthers yes same people same Panthers to park to Park and Whoa, his mama's walking free the same way as a finish your course walking free. So wait a minute How does this well? Okay. Well we'll play the next clip and I have some questions No, let's go get it to Get the number two Yeah They were also the most active members of the group We had to organize everything one of the undercover agents explained at the trial

3:04:16 because everyone else in the group was off doing what they called their own shit. The prosecution claimed that the group had been inspired by violent revolutionary propaganda, and in particular by the film The Battle of Algiers made about the Algerian struggle against French colonialism They showed the film in the court. Unlike all the other Panthers, Afeni Shakur chose to defend herself and at the end of the trial she cross-examined a leading undercover agent He was the man she had suspected from the start, Yehudwa Sudan His real name was Ralph White A journalist who is in the courtroom wrote a book that described what happened

3:05:11 She started by getting White to admit that really most of the inspiration for the plots came from the undercover agents. Not only had they continually pushed for the violence and suggested the targets, but they had also arranged to buy the dynamite off yet another undercover agent. They had also arranged for cars to transport the dynamite. But really, the plot to attack America had been created and driven by the American authorities." Yeah Yeah, exactly. It was a repeat an exact repeat the American government probably some former members the Obamas all these people they set it all up and they used Jussie in and pivoted off of his mom's affiliation with Affini she might even just be a wannabe oh yeah you know Black Panther good I'll get my son to be like his son like her son

CHAPTER 52 / 55 Discussion

Tupac's Message Shift, Interscope and Death Row

The hosts analyze Tupac Shakur's career shift from a radical revolutionary to a "thug" persona, coinciding with the 1994 Crime Bill. They question whether his message was "nudged" by industry figures like Jimmy Iovine to facilitate policy changes that led to increased incarceration in the black community.

tupac shakur· death row records· jimmy iovine· crime bill· thug life

3:06:12 Yeah, well I mean that's but my other question is as they said that the Panthers was full of agents. Agents yes! So how's Jeanette Smollett walking around free woman? The same way with Afeni Shakur now this story with Afeni Shakur now a lot of people gonna get mad at me but hey it is what it is eight month old excuse me eight-month pregnant woman going against the legal system and she wins against I think that's like 150 something cases, or charges. And they beat them all? Yeah. Hoover could find anything to get you on. Okay fast forward now. What is the biggest thing? Lying to the FBI right? Yep yep. Even if you talk to him! I gotta ask you a question though Yes Because this does beg the question

3:07:12 about Tupac. Oh you try to get my phone to ring ain't you? For real, for real! Obviously we don't have to get into it but it raises some significant questions I want to point out not because I'm afraid to broach the subject but I'm gonna point back to the crowd when Charlamagne Tha God made the card, made the Tupac joke. This is for real like it's I've seen people fight we've seen whole coast East Coast West Coast beef people that didn't know Tupac or Biggie threaten each other shoot each other all around surrounding Tupac and there like they said that Tupac rabbit hole

3:08:01 I went down it pre-internet because, I mean all the information...I want to say pre internet but the early stages of the Internet that rabbit hole doesn't stop. Right because yeah you may not want to go down it but the question that asks is was Tupac's message, the messages he was giving, was he being nudged? I'll say this, it's very fitting when you look at the crime bill that came in 1994. Oh my god! It was very fitting because Tupac... 96 right? He was shot in 96? 95? Yes but he did this pivot

3:08:49 that he was the Black Panther, you know the radical revolutionary. Then he went to a drug dealer thug. Right right And the thing was he was signed to Interscope pre-death row See, everybody thinks he went to death row when he got into trouble and went to jail. And they got him out... No no no! He was signed to Death Row and... I mean excuse me Interscope and what's the dude guys name? Ayivine Jimmy Ayivine Yeah, he was signed to them in 91. Come on now like i said i'm not afraid of a broke stat subject at all but when you open that can of worms everything starts to destabilize

3:09:33 the whole, you know what was the plan with using Tupac and Biggie? What were they saying like what would the impact to the crime bill like we took a guy I was a Tupac fan pre-Death Row and i was kind of very I still like this music, but i was discouraged by the message change. It's like one you're talking about your mom being a crack fiend and you know right eels of drugs or anything on the community now You moving keys and saying and you is you're saying just shoot other black people kind of thing in this And imma say this Tupac

3:10:08 believed that he was the characters that he was playing in movies. The same way maybe Jussie Smollett believed he was the character that he was playing on Empire, so I could say is he the gay Tupac? Yes And I'm gonna say this, do we even have to put the preface of gay Tupac in front of Tupac? No just Tupac. Yeah yeah well... I'm just gonna leave it there. So but because i'm good we're gonna get a lot of fan letters on this one but it is what it is because if we're going to go hey pay attention to everything and when I say everything there's some damning information out here uh

3:10:48 Well, but what's interesting is being able to use this as you say I mean what stuck in my mind is the crime bill Because usually when these things fail the machine is still working so the crime bill may still be coming But maybe maybe that The new version of the crime bill is build back better because it is that yeah. Okay? Maybe one am I saying yeah We don't have so we had just we had to throw it over two black voting rights and Because we don't have enough lynching shit out there. Jussie failed Bill fails, they'll get pieces through I'm sure but ha so that was the whole setup was Kamala for president We get the lynching shit going we get we get our version of the crime bill which is not locking up Locking people up yet first. We let everybody go and

CHAPTER 53 / 55 Discussion

Build Back Better, Digital Passports

The discussion links the failure of the Smollett hoax to the broader implementation of the "Build Back Better" agenda. The hosts argue that the ultimate goal is a surveillance state characterized by digital passports, QR codes, and "Skynet-style" monitoring of the population.

build back better· qr codes· digital passports· surveillance· skynet

3:11:41 Then we come back later and round them all up. Wait, no! No not round them up you're not gonna be locked up You'll be locked in That's the difference. You're gonna be locked in to cover your own home, we don't need mass prisons anymore It's gonna be like where are your papers? Right... that kind of thing right Are you justified I mean now we got yeah, are you allowed to be on the street yep Yeah We got the QR codes we got the passport we got the papers please yes! Are you allowed to be on the street it'll scan you from the lamp post and they're gonna make black people beg for their own demise to say you have to do something about this crime. And they're going to say, well the only thing we got is these robots over here and these drones and people need to go check out and see one of my lives I did on this whole policing thing the drones all that footage they had on Rittenhouse yeah it's quite a thing

3:12:36 Yeah, so what you're saying like with this is the apparatus. It's become a stand for yourself right because it becomes so normal for us to say oh yeah I saw the drone footage no one says what the fuck drone footage we got drones flying around these things that mean yeah yeah your drones ring doorbells as my favorite the Ring doorbell that's that's the grid man that's that Skynet right there and would just go back to the crime bill from one second thug Tupac was synonymous with thug. Takes away from thuggy which they use in the British and Indian situation to scare your sand People into policy decisions. Okay, the Thuggies They want to do same thing here remember and we did all this We did the thug thing with Obama saying thugs and getting shit over it. Yeah, we did the work The work

CHAPTER 54 / 55 Discussion

Dave Chappelle, Jussie Smollett Stand-up Routine

Dave Chappelle's famous stand-up routine about "Juicy Smou-yay" is credited with disarming the Smollett narrative through humor. Chappelle's breakdown of the story's absurdities—including the MAGA hats in Chicago and the 2:00 AM Subway run—is hailed as a cultural healing moment.

dave chappelle· juicy smou-yay· french actor· maga hats· subway

3:13:34 Alright, so with that said and I know my inbox is filling up right now. Don't give a rat's ass it is what it is Hey why don't you if you want to say something then boosted if you have a criticism then boost it with some shots. That's a great idea! So that, we have to ask the question is he the gay Tupac? So what we're gonna do now is this has been so much of heavy show with the lynching and things in that nature We're going end on a light note and this was pretty much the greatest take I heard on it because it's so true And this is three part of David Chappelle and his joke on Jussie Smollett Just afraid of being attacked

3:14:17 happens to the best ones. Don't ever forget what happened to that French actor, you know who I'm talking about? Juicy Smoo-yay is a very famous French actor. Y'all never heard of Juicy Smoo-yay? Juicy Smoo-yay is an actor from France and he became famous on a show called Empire

3:15:01 One night he was in Chicago late at night and was the victim He was the victim of a racist and homophobic attack you see juicy smoo-yay is Gay, and he is black not just French I This that is one of the most genius ways I've ever heard of someone approaching a topic like that just by making it French

3:15:43 And that's why David Chappelle is so important and people like him, that once you disarm these narratives with humor then you really can have a real conversation about it. I know we take some of the heavy topics in a light way but that's the disarming of it So now we can have a real conversation That's why... A great way to introduce this show to other people You could have them listen They laugh and then you can have a conversation on the back end of it. So, you want to go ahead and get into the second part? Yes sir! Oh it's a crazy story apparently when he was walking down street late at night two white men came out in his shadows with MAGA hats on beat him up tied rope around his neck called them all kinds of niggas put some bleach on them ran off into the night. This shit was like international news

3:16:41 And everybody was furious, especially in Hollywood. It's all over everybody's Twitter feed and Instagram page Justice for Juicy and all this shit The whole country was up in arms talking about it all the time on the news and some reason African-Americans we were like oddly quiet We were so quiet about this shit The gay community started accusing African American community of being homophobic for not supporting him. What they didn't understand is that we were supporting him with our silence because we understood that this nigga was clearly lying. Oh man, that was so good

3:17:39 So, and that's the thing. Everybody try to look the other way like now we don't want to talk about Jesse. We don't because it gives a whole bunch of things are black guys that are close to us one being Tupac to being lynching or whatever you have whichever order you want to have those in And it's this thing like, don't make me do it Juicy. Don't make me call you a liar but he just kept pushing. And Dave Chappelle timed this so perfectly because that balloon was just inflating the don't talk about it and he just popped in such a perfect way It was a real cultural moment

3:18:23 Master comedian, master comedian. I guess we can get into the final part and the punchline of the joke. All these details added up at all! He said he's walking down a street in Chicago and white dudes come up to him saying hey man aren't you that faggot nigger from Empire? Does that sound like how white people talk? I know white people, they don't talk like that. Are you that faggot nigga from Empire? They would never say that! It sounds like something... That I would say!! If you a racist and homophobic You not even gonna know who this nigga is! You can't watch Empire!!!

3:19:18 Black people never feel sorry for the police, but this time we even felt sorry for the police. Can you imagine if you was a police veteran taking this kid's police report? Okay Mr. Smollier please tell me what happened All right 2am You left the house at 2 am it was minus 16 degrees You were walking And and where were you going Subway? Sandwiches? That's when the men approach you. Did you see them, do they have any... Okay what did they have on? MAGA hats! MAGA hats and all in Chicago Excuse me one second Mr. Smollett Frank come here for a second Find out where Kanye West was last night

3:20:26 And that's the genius of Dave Chappelle. You can have a black man and white man laughing just as hard at the same moment in the joke, it was beautiful. And a room full of people all different backgrounds laughing at it but its more serious than... He has done more to heal the country than any politician in recent memory That shit heals, man. That's good And where would I be without Juicy? So we love you, Juicy! We love you! So that's my take on Juicy Smulee and the hoax that may have brought you MoFax! I appreciate you The hoax that protected us from actually having Kamala Harris as president so...we have to be kind of thankful to Juicy

CHAPTER 55 / 55 Discussion

Show Wrap-up, "Juicy Fruit" Outro

The hosts sign off by encouraging listeners to "pay attention to everything" and thanking the producers for their support. The episode concludes with the song "Juicy Fruit" by Mtume, serving as a final thematic nod to the Jussie Smollett discussion.
